Adrian was not only quick, attentive and ready to answer any questions we had, but also so knowledgeable about his craft. He made the process Seamless! Not only was he able to help with our loan, but the site we chose wasnt using agents, which scared us at first, but Adrian stepped in with his team and went above and beyond for us. Adrian and his team helped me refi from a 30-yr 3,75% loan to a 15-yr 2,25%. Adrian was vey gracious with my multiple questions and so patient and very professional when I changed my mind on the type of loan I wanted after he had started already.
