Service is okay to some who are super super super. Selection is great. Value is 90% of optimal. Video game selection is excellent. They stock and put the best ones up front. There is some misinterpretation of communication but no prob!

They close all the registers like two hours before they close and cause a huge line to form. They don't have the decency to say when a line is close so you're just left waiting. Typical workers DO NOT REPOND AND JUST LEAVE THE REGISTER WITH A LINE. Terrible. Leave your self check out open if your employees can't handle a line.

This target has been through some renovations over the past few years. I wouldn't say the Renos have necessarily improved anything. They expended the Starbucks inside, is it any better? Not really. This location is like any other target you've been to, with most shelves regularly stocked. The employees are helpful for the most part. Drive up recently added Starbucks ordering which is nice, although it does make your drive up wait time longer, but if you're not in a hurry, it's worth it. Price-wise, target is target. More expensive than Walmart, but usually much cleaner, organized and easier to navigate. I'd give this location a 3.5 stars.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Instead of talking and actually doing there job i was accused of stealing. I showed the manager Kassie my receipt upon asking for it, as we continued to walk out Daniel the security also asked for the receipt. There was no need for him to ask for the receipt when we already had shown proof of purchase. I understand there are some people that don't scan all items and steal. but if that was the case, the people that were behind me with items under the cart should have been approached the same as myself. The team needs to be retrained.

If I can give negative stars, I would! This goes out to the horrible drive up service at this specific location. I can't keep track of how many times I've sat waiting for 20-30 minutes (even late in the evening during slow times) with my bags sitting there while every associate delivers orders to people who park 15+ minutes after me. If my order isn't ready then don't notify me that it is. It's that simple! I started using this service as a convenience as I have small children to pick up after work and it's definitely not as convenient as it should be. I pick up from other targets and never have this problem.

1/3rd of the gift cards we every try to use at this store never work , there is pretty much 0 customer service here there not trained to do anything but tell you call some number . every thing is now 10-15% + more than any other store in the area. avoid at all cost.

My son had received a gift card from his grandparents for his birthday. When went to pay, the cashier had said there was no money on the card, which there was money because I had the activation receipt. The manager was called and he look up the card and said it was empty. I told him I had the activation receipt and he said he didn't card and it's not the real receipt. He was giving so much attitude, making it seem like we were stealing or lying. I am so tired of Target gift cards always being "empty" do better target.

I was tryna look at the makeup and some girl name Jessica in the makeup department kept following me and looking she needs to be more professional instead of being so damn judgy that's makes you ugly and ain't nobody tryna steal miss girl

3 out of the 4 self checkout lanes closed, only 2 regular checkout open, Target can't afford to hire employees to open more registers or have more than 4 self checkout machines. Also who designed the self checkout area? It's cramped to the point where the lanes have been blocked by carts (because there's a inconveniently placed shelving to sell more stuff), and the lines for self checkout frequently extend to the pathway where customers enter from, causing them to cut through the people in line for self checkout.Corporate probably needs to hold 100's of meetings, hire focus groups, and have experimental prototype designs just to fix these simple problems.

Am I missing something here or is this the most logistically stupid layout possible for a store to sell groceries and ice cream "at the back of the store"! Your items are already melted by the time you get to the register only to be blindsided by their typical "one checker". Now you expect me to wait another 20 minutes to check out of your goddamn store? With $30 bucks of ice cream? I had bought a couple bottles of champagne and to avoid the one checker scenario I went to the self check out. Here is where this complete moron lady watched me check every single item in my cart only to tell me that I couldn't check the champagne out there. I thought to myself are you kidding me? There's no goddamn sign telling me I can't? This is the third time that this is happened where I was purchasing more than $30 worth of ice cream only to tell Target to shove it up their ass! This is beyond clueless that an employee can virtually watch a customer check every item in his cart only to tell him on the last two items that the champagne cannot be purchased there? I'm just gonna say it, "I really wish stupidity was painful" because this lady would have been in intensive care at Saint Jude hospital for this little maneuver. Target? More like "Forget" cause I ain't ever buyin' another thing from you ever again.

I’ve been to this target multiple times. There is always an issue with pricing. This time I said some thing. I so happen to walk by and a Dyson vacuum was under a $250 tag. And employee help me remove something from the Dyson vacuum I carry it into the basket I come to the front desk and they tell me that it’s not on saleI spend hundreds of dollars at this store. It is completely unfair that a product is on the wrong spot and it’s only not on there at the pricing. Do you have employees walking around the store simply talking to each other and not doing the work. This is not the first time that I buy a product and it’s an incorrect spot. I normally don’t care but now this is ridiculous. I am going to complain to corporate office. The supervisors Heather and Princesa were no help. They lied to me and told me that the cameras didn’t pick up someone talking to me when in fact, someone talk to me the lady pass by when Heather was talking to me and she said, I don’t remember if that’s what I told you meaning she had a conversation with me.. it’s OK I can afford the Dyson at regular price but for me is the principle of it.
