I love Sams definitely not as chaotic as Costco. I have both memberships so i bounce from one to another, they both carry different brands. I Love Love Love that at their self checkout they have a removable hand scanner. The workers are sooooo nice, and always available to help. Also Sams is a bit cheaper too. Its always clean, and neat.

Thank you Josh for going to the back room and using a forklift to get my son the Cirkul he's been begging for. We appreciate the excellent customer service. You are a rock star! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us! Not to mention it was already after closing @ 8:07pm on a Wednesday 1/10 .

It was great to get in and get out this morning just before the store opened at 10 am. I purposely chose a late Saturday pick up time but chose to pick the order up Sunday morning. I was pleasantly surprised that the runner came out with my order so quickly.

My husband and I had a bad experience at the food court area where the guy taking the money at the register was making food without washing his hands. Being in the service industry for over 40 years I was disgusted. But my husband went to find someone to talk to and sweet PARIS came to our rescue. She was so empathic and kind, listened to our complaint, and personally went to the kitchen, made a new batch of food, and talked to the associate at the register. She refunded our money and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. My husband and I left happy and thankful that Sam's Club La Habra hired this GEM of an employee, PARIS. We will be back knowing that if a conflict arises, Sam's has our back. Thank you!

I have been calling this morning and calling someone picks up the line and hangs up !! What kind of mgr. Allows this to happen yes it's your associates But you are ultimately responsible !! Train your associates correctly - they are making you look bad !!!

I love this Sam's, or Sam's club overall. Why you ask?? Well because they have self check outs and also the app that makes it so much easier to just grab your items and go. If you haven't got the app go get it! Plus they have the sushi place inside the club and they have delicious fresh rolls. The employees are really nice and on top of it, helping you if you are looking for a certain item and also their returns are so quick, but there are huge lines at times, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but overall great store. oooh the deli I forgot to say they also work with the app, so you can just order ahead and the food is ready and also have items on the side so you can grab and pay

If you are looking for a job that pays min wage or slightly above min wage and requires no work? Go apply at Sam's Club Cafe. I thought I was actually dealing with rocks. The best employee there was the old cashier lady. Look, I'm not trying to be a d*** but this place is just this bad - At least 3-4 employees will just walk around as if they are working. - Please don't order a whole pie because most likely that pie is going to sit in the box for at least 10-15 minutes until it gets called even though they can just call the order number once they put that box on top of their pizza display... but nope. They are going to make you wait or pretend that the order does not need to be called. - You would think that it's really hard to mess up making pizza when all you have to do is put the ingredients and put it thru the oven but .. YUP! You guessed it! They WILL FIND A WAY TO F IT UP! Please don't go unless you want to see the most incompetent workers.

So this rating is a combination of the store, gas station, but the biggest impact to it is due to the tire service. First: StoreThis is a great store to go grocery and gift shopping at. The employees are generally friendly and don't get in your face. If you need assistance, they assist well. Second: Gas StationPrices are good. Line management has gotten better. It gets backed up going through the Main Street/McDonald's entrance. Thankfully, they have employees there now directing some traffic. For example, my husband and I saw someone trying to cut in front of a line and one of the employees stopped them and told them to leave. Third: Tire CenterA while back I got a flat. My husband took it to get a patch early on a Tuesday. He was turned away for not having an appointment because it was too busy. We came back on a Saturday, 3rd in line to get a whole new set of tires. We were turned away again and told it's the busiest on Saturdays and we can just walk in during the week no problem. Obviously this is contradictory. I called customer service and they could not understand my frustration. I was getting transferred around and my complaint was never correctly noted or resolved. It is way faster and comparable to go to another local tire shop. This is my greatest grievance with Sam's Club La Habra. Other than that, I would recommend checking out the store and gas station.

I came here to Sams on Oct. 8 and around 4pm to get my battery fixed on my Jeep. I had a warranty on it. My jeep wouldn't start the other day and wasn't sure if it was the battery. I went to O Reilly's first since I know they do free engine checks. The guy checked a few things then said it's gotta be the battery. It took him under 2 mins to remove the bad battery to check it at O Reilly's. He said it was $188 if I got it done there. I told my brother and he said take it back to Sams club since we had the receipt from 2022. They guys at Sams club originally said it's a popular battery and they get shipment in on Thursday but didn't know for sure if it would come in. I said can you order it for me and they said no. I said what's the point of a warranty if I come here and no place has it in stock. I rely on my jeep to get me to work and I almost didn't make it since my jeep died while starting it. Luckily my brother was home to jump start it. Anyways back to the story. I'm surprised they didn't offer me another suitable battery! I had to ask them if another battery would work. Weird how I know less about cars but at least know what questions to ask. I'm currently writing this while they are working on my jeep. 30 minutes to install my battery when I know for a fact another place could do it in 2min. My brother could do it in a shorter time too! Disappointed in how long it took to install my battery.

So there really four reviews in one here. I go to the store of course but I would also review the gas station, the cafe and the tire shop as though they were separate items. That is not available now so here is my attempt. STORE: ***** Someone mentioned that they like Sam's more than Costco and I wasn't sure until the ability to Scan and Pay. I love that feature so when the wife or someone wants something, like alcohol, where you have to get in line I will only do it when there are no long lines. The products are great so no problems with that here. Oh, and I love that I can add my card to my Apple Wallet. GAS STATION: **** The lines are always shorter here and typically the same price as Costco but this location has no ability for long lines like Costco does so you don't typ get the long lines, when you do; drive away. Also, I have not figured out how to buy gas using the app.CAFE: *** This is a love hate relationship. I love the cafe and their offerings but it just seems that they never have enough staff and I think that makes them a little bitter or just not as friendly. Last week I was here and went to the cafe about 5 minutes to 7 PM and they had someone at the end of the line. I said, "its not 7" but she wasn't going to let me in. Next time you are here count how many people are working the cafe and then compare that to Costco, it will be about half. That's a management problem not a staff problem.TIRE SHOP: *** So I purchased my tires here in the past and a couple of months ago I purchased new tires [all 4] for my car. About two weeks ago I was in the IE and got a 2nd sensor reading that a tire was low. I didn't drive it all the way to La Habra where I purchased my tires and they were able to fix the problem; after a 3.1/2 hour wait. When I asked that store if they rotated the tires they said no to get an appointment for that. Damn I just waited 3.1/2 hours. But I did make an appointment for La Habra and took my car in. I was 1/2 hour early to my appointment because I was on the road and finished early. And then proceeded to wait 3 hours; yes 3 hours to get a rotation. The kid working the register was very apologetic when I went to check up after 2 hours and then again when I picked up my car. He was alone when I went at the 2 hour mark so there was nothing he could do. And there were two other clients trying to price tires so I knew he wasn't going to be touching my car for a while. Again, not a staff problem but a management problem.

At sam's Club gas. And there is nobody here to direct the gas lines. It was all backed up from McDonald's to probably take a picture of this. The iother lanes were not full. Cars just seemed to toward the first lane Emplyee is just standing on their building

This Sam's Club is not accurate when it comes to their posting prices of items. You need to watch carefully when you scan your items ,the full prices will register instead of the sale prices posted . So you ask help from the associates , which escalated to supposed to be manager, you show proof of the sale price by taking pictures of the marked sale price on the table, and no other described items is even close to the item they marked as their sale , saying we got the wrong item and we got the new bunch that just came that is why it's the original price. The price that scanned was not even the price indicated, it came out more and when you ask them of the items that are new bunch they can't even provide more of it since there were only a few left on the table on sale, supposedly. They just don't want to be proven wrong , and the fact that they didn't adjust the price, as a customer service to consumers was not applied. It made me think of not going shopping to that location or store itself anywhere.

I already love Sam's club better than Costco. Their food is good, the ambiance is just as wildBut a little less chaotic. Love their self check out lines. The only con is the food court. You can't pre order unless you're at the location. Via the app! But it's all good. I guess. Minus 1 star

I like shopping at Sam's Club, it has better quality than Walmart for example the produce and meat department. The app makes shopping convenient in the club and at the gas station.
