Unwelcoming. I walked by one employee sitting behind a desk on the right, another behind a counter to the left, and a third towards the back left by the weekly issues, none made any attempt to recognize my presence or to say hello. I browsed the weekly issues for a moment, going from left to right, until suddenly, I went too far to the right and the fourth employee appears and says to me, "Pardon me, uh-oh, you're in the forbidden section, but you didn't know that." Proceeds to put up a queue partition. I was in there for no more than 15 minutes, I wanted to buy the few small issues I held in my hand, but their lack of reception left a bad vibe. How does this store employ 4 people at once on an early afternoon?

Fun store my son loves it. Been to several locations that I liked better. But this is the only one left. Hope they stick around. I always find something new and exciting and also like vintage stuff. Great statues and trinkety stuff. Seems like the employees are into it. Prices are fair on collectibles but a tad high on the back issues in the case. I know I don't buy collectibles to often but it's fun to look around especially if you see something from your childhood. Good customer service!. I have been going for years and will continue to

I've been going to them since 2010 at all 3 of the locations they've had. Since then, the quality of both what they sell, customer service, employees and management have fallen hard and is a shadow of what it used to be. What used to be fair prices on both the purchase and selling side is ridiculous tilted now. I went in to sell 3 Mezco figures, each one alone cost $90 and on the secondary market are $150+ each. All 3 of them had never even been displayed. They hadn't even been opened yet and the packages were mint. I had checked what the sold listing prices were immediately before going to the shop and knew what would have been a reasonable offer for the 3 figures would be. They offered me $100 for all 3 of them. $33.33 for each of them. An absolute joke. Ended up selling them on eBay for $150 a piece. Find another shop that won't take advantage of you, because I did. They exist.
