Worst service!! Don't go there

I have used this business a couple of times and I wish I didn't have to but glad they are open 24 hours bc when it's after 4/5pm and you can't find any vet clinic open let me tell you they come in handy. We've have dog emergencies here and 1 was fatal but unfortunately that was the best and most difficult decision we had to make. They are thorough, a bit pricey but what After hours clinic isn't now-a-days. The staff is ok some comments made during some customers arrival were somewhat negative and unwelcoming and unnecessary (I felt) because you are there obviously due to a situation going on with your pet. I continue and will continue to come here bc of their hours. I had my 2 year old toddler with me and am appreciative they do have a small play area for kids with some toys, and the reception gave her some crayons and book and that really helped bc we were there 4 hours. Over all I give them a 4 star.

Dr. Herrick is absolutely superb in both knowledge, professionalism, and empathy, SO I refuse to leave less than 5 stars.....BUT if you need medication for your furbaby you MUST call or just go in the next day to get it. His staff will NOT call you.
I am only posting this to warn others so that your furbaby does not suffer needlessly for lack of medicine. I hope he remedies this problem because he's an amazing veterinarian.

Dr. Herrick diagnosed my Guinea pig wrong causing him to be in more pain than he had to leading him to pass. He decided to do an ultrasound after 1 week of not getting better when he should have done that on day 1. He had a big kidney stone that required surgery and my pet didn't make it. Dr should have had more sense of urgency if he knew how big the stone was instead of scheduling still 1 week out and knowing he was worse. I will never return here again. Don't trust his judgment anymore it costed my pets life. Hope this never happens to anyone else. Its the worse feeling knowing something could have been done sooner.
Be cautious.

I love everyone there. The Vet. Dr. Garcia is awesome and caring. I have never had issues there and my dog is good going there. Highly recommend this place

Dr.Herrick was great! He explained everything that he was going to do to our Boston Terrier! He was so awesome! Looks like we have a new Veterinarian for our 3 dogs!
The staff was so pleasant!

I understand they take emergencies. However, a 45 minute to an hour wait for a nail trim? I don't think so. I don't wait that long for my own pedicure. How about you call the people who have appointments and tell them you're 1 hour late due to an emergency and then give us the opportunity to reschedule or not. And your office staff has a horrible attitude about making your clients wait.
