So many upper belts to train with and you get a variety of lessons from different black belts . Everyone is a little different so getting that exposure has elevated my game so much versus learning from the same person

It doesn't get better than this place. If you just want to get in shape I lost 45 lbs here.If you want to learn technique it changed my life as well. Amazing place .
