Had our carpeting cleaned yesterday & the technician did an EXCEPTIONAL job! Our carpeting which is several years old looks brand new! Also smells fresh & clean! We are always happy with the services of Zerorez & would highly recommend them! So very pleased!

Won’t use them again. The laziest person ever who wouldn’t put plastic or blocks under the furniture to prevent stains on the wet carpet.

My carpet was cleaned today by a very polite and sweet young man. I have used Zerorez for the last 5 or so years to clean our carpet. Today this young man did the most outstanding job of cleaning our carpet and sofa ever!!! It looks new! I don't want to walk on it and spoil the way it looks now! The next time I have the carpet cleaned, I will ask for the same serviceman, he was that good!

Communication was great from my initial contact all the way through the cleaning. The technician was very nice, polite and hard working and the work done was excellent. Will be using them again for our next cleaning!

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. I've tried others over the years, including ones that use chemicals and the famous one using steam, but the results were disappointing. My Zerorez technician, Maurice, was prompt, friendly, and professional, and the results were fantastic. My carpets now look great!

Matt H. is awesome, showed up on time, got right to work and did an amazing job, he also shared tips on how to clean certain spots. Thanks to Matt my carpets are ready for the Holiday season. Such a stand-up company and an amazing product/service. The floors always feel so CLEAN. Also, I made a mistake in our booking, which would have overcharged me. Once the tech came in and saw what we were working with, he let us know and corrected the issue. It was a lower sale, but certainly ensured our repeat business.

Not being sure what to expect, we were wonderfully surprised with the incredible work our service man, Carlos, did. Our carpets were incredibly dirty and in need of some tender loving care and Carlos did a magnificent job. With 5 bedrooms and the rest of the house, we may adopt Carlos as they also clean leather, grout and almost everything else in the house. And with money being something we have to watch (we are retired), we are grateful ZEROREZ has prices we can swing. Thank you, Carlos and Zerorez.
