Liz was the manager on duty.. then she said supervisor. It was really upsetting to know someone who is suppose to be in charge of the store, can not be EMPATHETIC with the customers walking in. I tired explaining what had happened on the floor as I am a regular customer. I understand special occasion dresses are not returnable! I get that part. I also understand that these special occasion dresses need to have the green tag. Which will differentiate special occasion dresses with NON special occasion dress. I also understand the return polices. Note there was a couple of dresses of the same style, exact same! That also didn't have the "green tag" Instead of Liz honoring that! She continued.. "people return dresses from online, we forget to put the green tags on" No once did she apologize not once was she empathetic about the situation. (Why would a customers want to hear that as an excuse?) She claimed to understand where I was coming from.. and rudely she said "yes I understand where you are coming from you want me to let you return it because there was no green tag on" Mind you a gal on the floor had already told me if there is no green tag you can return it.. the SAME extract dress Liz was arguing with me about! Everyone else there is so kind! I don't understand where Windsor went wrong thinking Liz had any type of people skills. Which mind you working at a retail store you should be able to have.

It was my first time at windsor it was fairly disorganized. The staff are somewhat helpful but they seemed overwhelmed, their was not nearly enough people working. I also was not informed by anyone that you are not allowed to return items that are marked down, not even their stated return policy on signs indicated this... so disappointing.

This store used to be soooo cute! I recently stopped by and walked in and thought I was in a club. No joke all of their clothes look as if the costumer is a stripper or a only fans girl. Not knocking those girls however, majority of people just want normal clothes. All bling crop tops or pearl crop tops... really short dresses... nothing was cute. Disappointed.

I shop at all surrounding Windsor's. With COVID-19 right bow the return policy should be flexible. I tried to do an even exchange mind you the garment I brought back I have the receipt and tags are attached looks like I just bought it that i kept it in the bag and never took out. The girl said the time frame was expired, are you kidding me? So Windsor is promoting to come in when infected with COVID? Otherwise you cant exchange the ítem? This is by far the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard!!!!! So dissatisfied and disappointed I can't believe they refused to exchange my item!

This store is terrible, it's true they are discriminating and racially profile. The staff consisted of mostly white. The women in front of me were white and and the worker was so nice to them and then the next group before me was also white and was treated so nicely by the same worker. I find it funny that as soon as I come up(mixed girl) the worker suddenly is not nice anymore and extremely rude to me. No conversation, not even a smile. So sad that you have workers who are like this and your company cannot even have training or educate them on treating all of their customers equally. Windsor you really should do something about this, it's wrong. The worker was a white girl with a septum piercing, also was not wearing her mask correctly and didn't cover her nose. Sad that your company stands for workers treating paying customers like that.

This NR is near me so I tend to shop at this place frequently. I like to get shoes and handbags here. I've TRIED to buy clothes but I absolutely abhor looking through the racks amongst really poor quality items.

The return policy is a JOKE. I ordered shoes online (cheap quality and super painful to even stand in) so I try to return them. Go to the store but oh wait can't return them there because it's past two weeks since the order date, IT TOOK A WEEK FOR THEM TO GET TO ME. Doesn't matter. You have at most a week in reality and they won't honor it and say how in store vs online is two different things blah blah. Stupid. So now I'm wasting more time and have to pay more of my own money to ship them back. Did that and it's been two weeks and only one pair has been refunded. Reached out to customer service last week and got no response. (The shoes were sent together and I got emails saying they both arrived) so why is only one pair being refunded? Just reached out again and was told the refund is being processed now but I have very low expectations. My theory is that they're aware of how cheap and badly made their products are, so they make it a pain in the ass to get your money back. STAY AWAY!!

your employees are RACIST. after reading other people's reviews about the attitude and racial profiling, i can definitely attest to that from my experience a few months ago. i thought it was nothing, until i checked the yelp today and was able to relate to the other POC reviewers, so now i would like to share my experience.my friend and i (both asian) walk into the store, while the white girls working said nothing, glared, then looked away...but gladly helped all the other white customers. i had 2 dresses to try on and one employee gave me the worst attitude ever saying i she had to hold my purse and that i wasn't allowed to bring it into the fitting room? you know i have 2 dresses because you grabbed them from me to hang them in the fitting room, so what makes you think i'm going to shove them in my purse and walk out? i still bought the dress because i needed it for that day lol but windsor truly doesn't deserve my money for having workers representing them like that. also, when i came out my the fitting room, i saw my purse behind the cash register, UNATTENDED. never shopping here again until they hire non-discriminating workers :)

I come here every dance for my 2 teenage girls and they always walk out with a dress! We can always find what we need and sometimes purchase things we didn't know we needed lol. My only issue is the dressing room area; it's too small of a place for the crowd capacity. Having the dressing rooms off the side next to the register creates a line in the middle of the store with so much blocked traffic on either side. Would've been nice if the layout had the dressing rooms towards the back of the store to put the traffic away from other customers on the floor still shopping.

Each and every member of this store has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. How can you be mad at doing your job when the store is sh*t empty??? Specifically the 6 foot blonde bimbo who pushed through customers and the brunette bimbo. Both were ridiculously rude (probably because my mom and I weren't white) but certainly will never be coming back here EVER AGAIN. I said excuse me twice and was repeatedly ignored. Absolute shit group of women
