This one star is for the juice bar, I don't know what it is, but Whole Foods is a higher price market compared to other grocery stores. I don't mind paying the higher price for a good quality food, but you would expect good quality service. The service and the actual market is pretty good. However, the juice bar needs to get their act together. They don't seem to have enough employees who worked there, the hours are not consistent, there's tons of foods employees, wandering the isles and standing around. Now I felt this might be a temporary thing, but three months later it's still like pulling teeth to order a juice lol. It's the same because they have very good juices.

I ordered a slice of pizza and it looked and tasted like crap. Soggy and when you pick it up, it just falls apart. No quality control whatsoever.

Don't buy gift card from this whole food coz most of the gift card they sell is already been stolen. So when you use it.No money inside and when you come to ask customer service this they will tell you this card is already been activated and you need to call their customer service we can't do anything we can't return. So you have to waste your time to call the gift card customer service and still not gonna get the money! Is this a scam?

I frequently dine at the Hotbar, but I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of their food, alongside a doubling in prices. I'd strongly suggest they switch back to using chicken breast instead of chicken bones, as customers are not interested in paying for the weight of the bones. Edit: Today still only Chicken Bones :-( I walked out and went to another place.

This review is for all Whole Foods locations. You get the same products with a decline in service standards and price gouging. Whole Foods is simply not worth it anymore. Almost 30% more expensive than just three years ago with a dramatic decline in service and inventory since Amazon took ownership. They don't even load your groceries onto your shopping cart anymore and look at you like you've offended them for expecting the same service. I get better or equal service at Ralphs and Vons now. The quality of organic products is just as good at Sprouts and Costco for 10-30 % less. Hey Amazon, we're not stupid. Word is out that you have gouged prices above the true inflation rate. Your knowledgeable staff, inventory and service have declined dramatically while your price gauging has increased . Thank God almost all market chains are now carrying organic produce. Unfortunately there are some quality products that only Whole Foods carries, but be rest assured I will buy them elsewhere as soon as possible. All the prepared food is made with Canola oil which is cheap and it's high omega 6 content is considered inflammatory to the human body. Amazon ruined Whole Foods.

No good ready-to-eat breakfast items. Just pastries that aren't that good and a smoothie/juice bar. The bread and cheese samples are nice though.

Ate at the “Hot Bar” and was disappointed. Baked chicken was very dry almost uneatable …had to drink water to swallow it. Veggies were oily and barely warm. The herbed potatoes were a good flavor but barely warm. $20 for lukewarm food and bone dry chicken….not worth returning.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, specifically regarding the checkout process. I arrived at around 9:30PM and noticed a substantial line forming, with only one cashier available. While I understand the popularity of football games, it would be immensely helpful if additional registers were opened to accommodate the growing number of customers. I observed that some workers were near the counter, and having them assist in opening more registers could significantly improve the overall customer experience.

large selection of healthy food. Fresh flowers are always available. Cashier Jen is kind and smiling. I really enjoyed shopping today. addition: The potatoes turned out to be bad and I had to throw away half of them.

There is a who ask himself “manager” Boston so he is really rude and non professional guy. There is no any coordination each other this guy and Amazon return desk employee. Because Amazon desk employee told me you can put next to trash can this box and when dropping the box , this guy ( who call himself boss ) you can not put this box here . I told him this is original delivery box so i am not create myself already amazon ship to me with this box and your company accepting Amazon return but you guys telling me we can jit accept this box take this box … what the heck? Why do you accept then Amazon return ??? This is not random box. This is already Amazon package and you dont accept this package and the guy was really rude and non professional! Be careful when you contact this guy !
