Went to this Ralphs again this morning at 8:00 to beat the crowds. Once again there were no cashiers available to help customers ready to check out. Only the self check registers were open. Another customer requested more than once that she needed assistance at a full service register. Finally, a full service register was opened. The cashier was not happy or friendly with this request. I have been told by Ralphs employees that cashiers are not available until 9:00 am. This store opens at 5:00 am. A cashie should be working at least by 8:00 am. This happens all the time here. Trying to save money by inconveniencing customers will make them shop elsewhere. Plenty of other "full service" markets in the area. Mgmt needs to address this ASAP!!!

The service at this location has been nothing less than - WTFThis all comes down from the top, meaning you Mr white guy with the thick glasses. As a store manager your job is to set a positive good example, not only to patrons but your staff

Their online app and customer service is awful. Don't bother using Ralph's.com for convenience, because it is the crappiest system I've ever encountered. Order online, pick your time, the app says it's ready and then when you get there, it's NOT READY. The people that designed the application need to be fired for using a process that breaks and provides a customer experience that will make you shop someplace else. It took me 20 minutes to get through to let them know I was there to pick up. The guy filling the online order was great, but I'm sure he gets an earful because Ralph's has a $hitty app and sluggish managers who never answer their phone. I doubt Ralph's will care, so I'll be sticking to Costco and Albertsons.

This isn't directly Ralph's fault but their lack of action against this has prevented me from not shopping here anymore. They have these people hanging outside of Ralph's to sign their petitions. Won't tell you what they're for but if you say no, they harass you relentlessly. This has happened to multiple people I've talked to including my roommates at different times.I reported them to the Ralph's staff but seems like this is an ongoing issue no one wants to deal with.I will no longer shop at this location until they deal with these people.

Who's the rude employee with glasses and backwards red baseball cap in the alcohol section who didn't want to help me on 12/1, 11:20pm? I asked him about locating a specific product and he merely pointed and said "over there" while walking away from me and into the backstage area. I then tried to be even more specific and his response was again to point while still walking away and repeating "over there." The whole time, he never stopped walking nor made eye contact and kept his eyes down on his phone. Management, please check your cameras as they may have caught this incident at the upper end of the alcohol aisle.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to Colin, who has helped me tonight. Colin was very kind and professional when helping me checkout my box of drinks. He was sort of struggling to fit my box into a bag, and a man who seemed to be Colin's manager told him it wouldn't fit. Then Colin proceeded to prove him wrong and handed me a fully intact box-shaped bag while maintaining perfect professionalism. This was the nicest and funniest customer service encounter I've ever had

Krispy Kreme (Nasdaq: DNUT) at Ralph's is a big deal. Only thing is they don't replenish the shelves quick enough so the whole thing looks empty whenever I stop by and pick up groceries several times a week. Also a note to Krispy Kreme, you might want to come up with sugar free donuts - with the abundance of sugar-free replacements containing Erythritol like Swerve and Monkfruit (I use both at home), which look and taste like real sugar yet have zero glycemic and Keto friendly, there's no reason why Krispy Kreme can't come up with 32 flavors of sugar free donuts for prediabetics and diabetics. Good job carrying these donuts RALPHS. I'll wait and see if Krispy Kreme hears me out. I know I'll be buying and handing out the new "sugar-free donuts" once it's around to friends and family every week.

Old deli meats... I know times are tough but to constantly slice up expired sour deli meat is atrocious! Entire family got sick for the 2nd time eating their deli sliced meats. Get it together Ralph's!UPDATE: Spoke with the deli manager who admitted that their refrigerators have had cooling problems for weeks. Gross!

The deli inside of this location has horribly slow and rude service. My partner and I stood in there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged, there were other customers waiting as well, however only 4 in total. They had 5 staff members working and 2 of them were just standing there watching what everyone was doing. Once we were spoken too we asked for an item that they didn't have, and were told that they would be making more and would have it out in 5 minutes. 2 minutes later they say that they're sold out, and then two minutes after that we were told they would be out in a few minutes. We waited another 10 minutes before deciding to leave after all the staff just stood around while we were waiting, and didn't give us an update on what was going on / if they even had what we were asking for. This was our first time at the deli and we definitely won't be back.

Talk about inflation. Government says it went up 8%. That's bull. Ralphs hot deli meals last week was 4.99. This week it was 7 bucks. That's a 40% increase. It's like going to a auto dealer and you find your choice car for 40k. Come back next week and it's 56k. What a crock.

I was checking my groceries out at the self serve section when a employee by the name of Jennifer marched over to me and said in a snarky tone "what did you ring those apples up as?" I stated gala apple, she said, " no that's not right" and then starts to accuse me of ringing up the other produce wrong. I'm a loyal Ralph's customer of several years and spend thousands a year at Ralph's. It's one thing to ring something up wrong but it's a totally different one when the employee is very rude to a loyal customer. It's quite bizarre and I just assume she's a very unhappy person. I've taken my business to a different Ralph's location in Irvine. Not a smart way to treat the customers who keep you in business Jennifer. I would NEVER hire you!

I have to come to this Ralph's to get their hot foods. The fried chicken tenders taste great and are quite juicy. They don't use a lot of breading like Albertsons does. At some Ralph's locations you can find two types of mac & cheese. For this location they have a white Parmesan mac & cheese that is very delicious. You can purchase by the box or per weight. There a potato wedges are also quite delicious. Their foods are made fresh daily and they do not make a large batch and let us sit there. I like how they make new batches quite frequently so you can always guaranteed to have fresh tasting hot foods. The only drawback about coming to this location is that it is always crowded anytime of the day. Even though they install self check out stations there are still long lines to purchase your foods and groceries. If you need to find a specific item there are plenty of Ralph employees around that can assist you. Overall the store as well stocked and staff is friendly. There's even a Starbucks inside this Ralph's location.

Nice Ralphs location. On my way to work yesterday, I stopped by here to grab some food during break lol. Sometimes dont always have the time for fast food on lunch break. Nice produce and deli area, I bought some fried chicken and potatoe salad. Very big and clean Ralphs. This store look so different than your standard locations. Nicest staff ever and best organized store. Id love to shop here more in the future near work.

Ralph's cashiers in this particular store just make up their own policies I guess because today I walk into this store to do a return with a digital receipt, straight from the Ralph's app, and the cashier, older Asian women, tells me that they will not do the return because they can't accept the receipt in digital form, I need the paper receipt. But their policy CLEARLY states " we accept paper and digital receipts. I hate those employees that have pre set minds and put everyone, let's say without a paper receipt, in the same category and think they all MUST have stolen these items. Like do you keep every single one of your receipts? Do u go into a store to buy something knowing that your going to return it later? Because I sure don't. When I buy something I'm buying it for keeps. For you guys to refuse to apply your employers policies and do whatever you feel like is not only rude and annoying but if you don't agree with your employers rules and policies don't work there. Simple as that. You guys are in the customer service business so just do that, serve customers, and leave your opinions out of it. Ain't no body got time for your lies and bullshit. Thanks for reading.
