Seriously the worst parking lot of all time. It routinely takes 15 minutes to find parking at any point during the weekend. I'm lucky to work from home so I can come do shopping during the week at off times but this is a sucky parking lot!

Love Walnut villag creek shopping. It has a nice blend of stores and restaurants. Enjoy Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and Stacks.

I love this strip mall. It has a Trader Joe’s, Smart and Final, Starbucks , a gas station should you need to gas up. A boba place and a whole bunch of specialty shops.

Very solid little local shopping center. Both Trader Joe's and Smart & Final Extra for groceries. Breakfasts at Starbucks and Stacks Pancake House. Omomo Tea and Jamba Juice. Urgent Care and dentist for medical. Sushi, Kebab and Pizza for lunch/dinner. Wanderlust Creamery for dessert. Yoga studio. Two banks and a gas station top it off.

SMALL PARKING LOT ! My wife and I were up this way on Saturday checking out stuff in Irvine. We needed to pick up a few things at a Traders and the one inside this Walnut Village Center was the nearest. When we arrived at 11.45am the parking lot was jam-packed to capacity. It's a small shopping center anchored by the Trader Joe's and a Smart & Final Extra plus a whole bunch of popular eateries...they were packed out. We counted a Stacks Pancake House, Gurume Sushi, Jamba, Starbucks, Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza. Maji Curry, The Kebab Shop and Omomo Tea Shoppe.We eventually found a parking spot despite the heavy competition. It was a nightmare with shopping carts abandoned in between cars...everyone in too big a hurry to do the right thing. If we lived in this area this shopping center would not be on our list. CRAZY !
