Whenever I ship internationally or domestically, I come to this location. Although there are some negative reviews about this place, all I had was great service and interaction with the staff. I am very grateful for giving me the best advice about packing my box and choosing best shipping service. Thank you!!! ?

I've never been to a bad USPS, but this is the closest I've been. Customer service is just, well, not as eagerly helpful as I'm used to. The guy is kinda gruff till you get past that, and I kinda think he made up rules about shipping phones. I honestly would agree wit other reviews in recommending going somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. This location refuses to provide a receipt when a pre-paid package is dropped off. They will argue and debate whether or not I need a receipt, rather than just quickly print one, and let me be on my way. Multiple locations that I've been to will happily provide a receipt, and when I've asked, no one can tell me why a particular location would not provide a receipt upon request.

I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to sending stuff. I just asked the lady who was working scanned my QR code to return a package. They gave me a box since I had priority shipping. Packaged everything myself, no tape needed. The box had pre applied glue on the inside flaps. Pretty simple and easy.

Guys! Listen to other comments posted here!! Spending extra time driving to another post office is definitely worth it. I was returning an iPhone back to AT&T, and this post office refused to provide me a receipt for my package. This is not the first time of them refusing to provide a receipt for a package drop off. I even explicitly mentioned there is an iPhone, A VALUABLE, in the package. I asked them why they can’t provide a receipt, they said they were told not to give out any receipts for drop offs and they were not supposed to in which this rule applies to all post offices. It’s funny how this post office is the only post office refuses to provide a receipt. This reason sounds more ridiculous than legitimate. I would not gamble dropping off a package that’s valuable at a post office that refuses to proof of receiving my package. If I can give 0 star, I would.

Why does everyone say bad words about this location? I have been to this tiny office for many years. The service is regular, neither great nor bad at all. The speed of usps is slow of course, but unfair to blame the office.

Ridiculous store!!!They don't provide taping service for return items. I packed everything I need to return, and print out the label. All I need is the staff help me taping the label, but the old lady is so fking mean and rude, asking us to buy a tape, otherwise no service will be provided. LOL!

USPS should be absolutely embarrassed by this location and the customer service. They refuse to provide receipts here so I am sure they have a ton of packages that *MAGICALLY GET LOST IN TRANSIT*.The customer service is even worse. After explaining they are the first USPS that refuses to provide receipts, they asked "which ones give you receipts?", which I responded listing Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan, etc. They said "well, not Irvine".Why would you not provide receipts? I am sending a very expensive package and a receipt is proof that I no longer hold that package. Without that, I have no proof that it was actually dropped off to USPS.Absolutely embarrassing service provided by USPS.

I truly appreciated Jas's assistance this past Monday. He was very helpful and provided me exceptional service with shipping back a package. Thank you for a stress-free, exceptional postal experience. Also, to all the angry posters here: 1. Yes, this USPS closes at 4:30 PM. Google s*** before you go places. 2. No, this USPS won't provide tape. Now you know. 3. In the age of shipping corporations having more power than USPS, this branch is in clear need of funding. Be more empathetic to its workers and have the basic decency to realize that the shortage of staff or the lack of tape isn't their f****** fault.

I have never managed to visit this post office and not have the staff be rude. Spend the time to drive to the next USPS, it will be worth the extra time.

Tried to send a package that qualified under Media Mail guidelines on the pamphlet they gave me. They refused to send it anyway. Had to drive to another USPS. I left before it could become argumentative

Had a very pleasant visit yesterday. One staff helped me get a used free box. The other helped me to cut the box to a proper size.
