The people who work at this place are unprofessional and rude. I came in to file a passport application. Even though I had an appointment they were ignoring me for 20 minutes. So I had to stand in line in order to tell them I had an appointment. Then they had me waiting for some more. Then they found issues with one of my docs. It was fine and I called the US Dep of State in front of them, to confirm what I have is good and enough. The lady who was supposed to help me refused to listen and sent me to talk to the supervisor. After another wait the other worker told me the supervisor wasn’t there that day. Obviously the first one knew the supervisor wasn’t available. I asked if they had a complaint form, and it turned out they didn’t have it either. I’ll be filing one on their website.

Service or shipping processing could be a lot faster. It seems one or two postal workers are more efficient than others which slows everything down. Very frustrating if you need to stop in on a regular basis

Went to post office to find a missing package. Tracking said it was delivered but the package never arrived and I confirmed it with my mailman. Was told by the lady at the counter to call the post offices phone number so that I could speak to the supervisor who had better tracking tools. I keep calling and calling and NO ONE ANSWERS. Typical USPS- pass the buck, ignore problems, hope the customer goes away. There is practically nothing you can do to get help on a lost packages other than file an insurance claim for a fraction of the package value!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I was treaded very poorly by the lady in charge. So disrespectful, practically screaming at me belittling me. I asked her kindly to look up my passport appointment as I had scheduled it and she said she did not see anything. I showed her the only confirmation I had and she did not care. She seamed racist the person I front of me was Asian like her and she did not treat them like she treated me. There are ways to speak to people and yelling was not the solution. I left feeling ashamed. How can people be so rude. I will NEVER NEVER come here again. I was able to walk in to another post office with NO appointment and was helped with a smile. STAY AWAY!

Zero stars. This location needs an immediate change of management. The staff (s) are incredibly rude. The guy named Abdul should be fired! Also, an Asian lady. I would call the manager (if there is one) if I had the time. It seems like all the staff are working for free. Just do your job! The government pays you for a reason!!!!!Just don't go to this location if you don't have to!10/24/2023

I went yesterday 10/19/23 around 3pm and there was only one Asian lady at the counter. I had to wait 30 minutes in line and there was a long line behind me. It usually takes only few minutes but since she was the only one there it took SO LONG. It seemed like she was ringing the bell next to her to call her coworkers for help but no one seemed to come out and help her. What an unprofessional team with poor management. Despite all this, the Asian lady was very patient and nice and provided excellence service. Props to her. What was the supervisor doing? Put a supervisor with some responsibility. This location does not even deserve one star. I wish I could give zero. Go to another location if you can.

I went to pick up a package I couldn’t reschedule online but went home empty handed. On hindsight, this place is really just understaffed and needs better signage (I queued for a long time only to be told I was supposed to go to this window that says “closed, please use other line”)Supervisor did call to follow up on my package and got it redelivered next day so thank you!

Workers here are liars and extremely lazy. The lady who helped me on 09/19/23 around 12:35 PM refused to scan in my packages stating that it is a new policy that they cannot scan in pre-paid labels at the counter. That is a complete Lie. They are lazy and just don’t want to do it. When they force you to drop off packages in their bin without receiving a receipt from the clerk, the package is still your responsibility and risks being lost. USPS is a complete joke of a company and no employee ever holds any accountability whatsoever.

Worst Post Office EVER.Check the reviews.This is the 3rd time I make an appointment for passport for my kid and they easily say oh sorry the person who is responsible for passport not available and the worst part is they say “Things Happened”. How come you are not communicating about “these things happening” with customer!!!Oh my gosh, staffs are the in the worst position when it comes to react with customers. I wish I could give them ZERO star and not just 1.Never ever gonna be here.HATE this location.

Apparently having a passport appointment doesn’t mean anything. Wife and I took off of work to get our kid a passport. We show up for our appointment to hear I’m sorry we aren’t doing passports today. No call nothing.
