This branch was absolutely amazing. They helped us with multiple transactions and were absolutely wonderful. The branch manager Adwoa was beyond friendly and the tellers, Ada and one other teller (I forget her name) were so helpful and friendly and provided excellent service!

Just went in today to open an bank account with UnionBank. The manager and other staff members are very nice. I was nervous to go when I saw the low reviews, yet this branch office actually did a great job in customer service. I saw lots of customers were chatting with the deposit banker. The service was overally great.

Is the worst worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I went this morning to Cash a check by very small amount of money , then the employee asked me tones of question , also asked for haaaaa finger thumb plus the back signature and so many stupid questions. Really it is so so bad .he doesn't know anything about customer service or customer satisfaction. 😡😡😡

Scam alert - one guy almost stole my $. The other day i withdrew over $1k cash, then I noticed they processed this transaction as $5k withdrawal, which I noticed via text alert that I set up for even a single dollar transaction. I went back the branch and they found the slip showed the exact amount I withdrew and they fixed the amount. But wait, what if i overlooked it? My money would have gone. What about my opportunity cost of wasting time to pause my work and drive back? Did it worth only verbal apology?! Poor CS - also, the other day I was waiting the branch to open in front of door. While seeing Chase opened the door for their waiting customers exactly at 9am, Union Bank opened at 9:05. I was in a very urgent situation so I complained a bit but they said, "well, sorry, we are not Chase." What's wrong with them? Apparently Union Bank is not well trained for its well-known superior customer services of its parent Japanese bank. I have been their customer for years but I believe it's time to move my money to some other bank....They don't deserve even 1 star. I wish I could rate them negative 1 million stars....! Seriously....

one member in particular is always coming rude as hell & racist everytime i go in. seems like he's eager to help everyone else but me . dude makes a mistake & keeps blaming me & saying "thats what you told me you wanted," but it was not what i told him i wanted!!! & regardless he kept repeating that it was my fault. so unprofessional cause at the end of the day i got my money !!! dude was white working on 5/15, @ 4:30 pm !

I'd like to start by saying that this bank has the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff I have worked with at any banking facility. I unfortunately have had all of the usual banks with Wells, WAMU (Chase), etc. At those banks I really felt like just another person in line every time I entered the bank. However, at this Union Bank I am greeted immediately at the door (which is standard everywhere) but what follows is something to be experienced... People who TRULY care to know how your day has actually been. Nothing is worse to me than having someone ask me "How's your day" but then interrupt you mid sentence with "Yeah yeah okay can you swipe your atm card please..." The Staff at this bank truly take their time to do things the right way and also make you feel like you're the only person there with them at that moment. Will send all friends and family to open an account at this bank, and I will direct them to see Juliet, Daksha, Jesse, and Eric. Thanks again team!!

The staff at this branch is remarkable. I have been a customer for 30 or so years, 20 for my business and they are truly great and helpful people. Nice to be "known" when I get there. To name a few remarkable people, Steven, Juliette, Jessie, Joseph and Eric? Again, I will continue to go a bit out of my way because of the staff at this branch. Robin

This has been my bank for 20 year I was very happy with everything the branch just change the new manager the Customer service was bad they make mistake on my account I talk to the manager he did not fix it after I went back in for other 2 weeks he attitude was bad he need a lot of training

this is the best bank I have ever been to. all the amenities and the customer service was first rate! this location especially has great employees and great people!
