“After downsizing in Costa Mesa and had way too many things. I stored everything at West Coast. I actually moved to smaller units a handful of times as I purged through things I didn’t want to keep. I was at West Coast for almost 2 years and never had any issues. Always felt safe and secured. But once Jake started managing, he was awesome to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. “Hands down the best place I have rented a truck from...I have now rented a large (24 or 26' foot truck with liftgate) to move some heavy machinery. They are customer focused, get you in and out and they don't waste your time.Each time they have listened to what I needed to see if there was a better option than what I chose and they have always worked on the price on the return if I am renting over a weekend when they are closed.When I looked at others the mileage charges alone were double what they are here (at least) and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to really help me.Everytime I called here they answered and could help with anything. Trucks are all maintained well, drive well and are really reliable.Will definitely be here anytime in the future that I need”

“WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “These guys are heroes in my book. My E Transit work van has been in the body shop for over a month. After renting u hauls for $20 a day plus .79 per mile PLUS gas, my bottom line was getting pretty thin. Not only did Penske have an E Transit in stock, but they gave me a killer deal on the rental! For just $20 per day, and .20 per mile I an rocking a high roof E transit, and not spending a dime on gas! Plus it has a HOV sticker so I'm not sitting in traffic for hours.Thanks again Penske, you a life saver!”

“I had a reset Igor a Penske truck. Apparently the location was at a small one man office location in a suite of offices off of Birch and Mac Arthur. But there was an out of date directory, no Penske trucks in sight, no one answered at the office for Nagashi Inc. and come to find out this online reservation was lined up as a One Way out of state. WHICH WAS INCORRECT, I ended up reaching ABC RENTALS which not only answered the phone the guys was extremely patient to listen to me try to explain what was happening. I don't know about you , but these days most people want nothing to do with your problems. These gentleman said they had a rental of exact size they needed and could get me going asap. I got there in less than 10 minute and was very relieved and glad to have come to this little tiny location in my backyard and got the full on friendliest treatment. I HIGHLY Recommend ABC RENTAL for a no nonsense moving truck rental experience. Harry was great and the gentleman who answered my call was beyond patience and helpful for us. Thank you !!!!”

“Our reservation started out rough w Penske. Went to the location my rental was for on 5001 Birch St. Commercial building. No desk for Penske. Called the number on my reservation and was told, that location does not do local rentals anymore. They said I needed to call main number for a new location. Called Santa Ana location. They told me they only had 16' truck. I asked them to check for Monday or Tuesday the following week. disconnected. Called again. Disconnected. Went home frustrated. Called the newport blvd location and Juan hooked me up quick and easy. It was a pleasure to have experienced Juan's excellent customer service. He was smiling when I picked up and smiling even more when I returned the same day before close. As he had 7 reservations for the next day. 10 stars for Juan. United States”

“Mike has been helping me all morning for a last minute rental of chairs (for the next day!!) The rate for both wedding and normal chairs are affordable and they offer delivery and pick up services. The customer service has been excellent and his ability to help me with all my concerns with patience has been wonderful. Thank you Mike!
