DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TILLYS.COM!!Atten: SupervisorLooking to reopen this case and get credited $89.99 for the New Balance M 306 shoes that were never delivered...I would like to follow up on this transaction made on 12-3-23.Ship date 12-4-23 5 items orderedDelivered on 12-5-23 We received one box on our doorstep, we were home to take possession of the box, nothing was tampered with, stolen or damaged4 items in the box, size 13 shoes were NOT in the delivered boxWe sent an email on 12-5-23 bringing it to your attention right away. We received a response from Brendan on 12-7-23 that we were to follow up with a phone call to discuss the case, a case was opened and would be looked into. Called again on12-8-23, spoke with Brandy, she reiterated that there was no other tracking, no other box being shipped separately and all the items would have been in one box. We were to wait a few days for a follow up email in regards to what the resolution would be. We didn't hear back, so we called again on 12-12-23 and spoke with Adam, who said a supervisor would email us back by the end of the day. Brandon emails at 6:25 pm stating that our delivery dispute case is closed, that the warehouse inventory control center confirmed that all items were packaged accordingly...that's it? By whose account? Your reviews online tell me I'm not alone with this same experience, which is such a huge disappointment. As a long standing customer, I'm so shocked with this situation and then I'm just to accept this resolution?I find that this whole transaction of jumping through hoops is completely unacceptable. Why would we go to these lengths if this was untrue? Nothing was stolen because we have the 4 other items. Where are the shoes then? Size 13 is not a small size and I don't even know if a size 13 shoebox would have fit in that box.. along with a jacket, jeans, and 2 button up oversized shirts? The shoes were not shipped separately. We received a non tampered box on our front doorstep, we addressed this as soon as we opened the box, we emailed, called 3 times to follow up and all we get is ..Tillys did their part and the case is closed? "And if we feel the package was stolen to contact local authorities to file a report, thanks for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience"? That's so generic..That is horrible customer service! They weren't stolen, they were NEVER shipped with our order. These are a $90 pair of shoes that we never received! We would like some form of reimbursement, whether that amount ($89.99) is credited to the card or a form of store credit is issued. The customer service response and this form of resolution is completely unacceptable for your consumers. We are requesting reimbursement please!

Ordered a Christmas present on December 7, 2023 they deducted money from account. The stated they attempted to deliver on 12/11/23 at the same time 10:37 am. You call customer service and they till you delivery people don't leave their vehicle at apartment complex without a gate. You know the third attempt they send the package back to Tilly's. Most likely it was out of stock and choose to lie.

Tilly's Cash promo is a scam. I spent over $300 during back to school shopping. Magically my transaction doesn't show on their end. I called once and they told me to wait acouple days and it will show. I waited and nothing called costumer service and they are literally no help. I told them I could show my bank statement and Trev said " yeeeeaaah soowry we caaaan't". Costumer service is trash.

I had the worst experience with Tillys cedar park tx. The store manager was the most unhelpful and rude person I have encountered in retail. I had to call Tillys corporate to get help on a simple return that could have been easily resolved in the store. The store manager refused to assist in any way and wound not provide her name for the complaint. I will never return to this store.

Tillys advertised **** slides on sale for $17.00. I payed using PayPal, my payment was denied several times however after several attempts, my payment was accepted. Two days later I received an email stating, my order wasn't available to ship therfore I wouldn't be charged. I should have known it was too good to be true

I ordered three pair of shoes online and received the first two just fine but then I got a notice that the third pair was delivered so I called my daughter at home to get the delivery so she went to the porch and said "mom there is nothing on the porch" (she is 22...not a child) so because it was FedEx and they ALWAYS screw up deliveries I decided to give it another day just in case it shows up. It didn't so I called Tillys and told them and they were very helpful and told me they would check in with the carrier to have them track the package snd I was under the impression they would make it right. So to my surprise 4 days later I get an email that says they were closing my ticket and basically a big "**** YOU" because FedEx said they were delivered. Well of course they are going to say that. So now I got the big "**** YOU" and they got $75.00 dollars of my money. This place is an absolute joke!!

I am Adriana Costa I just prefer a hat and a north face back back, we only received the hat , I called them right way the first respond I got it as nothing we can do !!! Just call your bank sério this Company have no idea who I am if they think I will not get my refund wrong !! F*** this company up !! I am open a claim toward this company and sued them for descriminariam plus for keep my money and refusing to refund .

I'm honestly appalled by the customer service of products. I ordered sunglasses and I received a broken pair. I sent a message and said I'd like to get a new pair in exchange for broken ones. These were the favorite pair I bought and an easy fix/trade! They didn't acknowledge my request nor my email even. Just refunded me money and never responded. Now I'm forced to go back online and buy another pair and pay for shipping twice!! I mean really, no responding, not interested in finding a solution for their incompetence, and forcibly as a customer making me buy a single item and pay shipping again. Shocked they are even still in business.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!! I won't go into the exact details, but I was definitely done with Tilly's, the customer service I received WAS RUBBISH AND ONLY GOT WORSE WITH EACH NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I SPOKE WITH. That is until BRANDON. This guy changed my mind. Excellent gold star customer service!!! Someone at corporate needs to know about you man, SERIOUSLY!!! Thank you. Your great job has made sure I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

These people are awful!!!! Sophia is the rudest manager I have ever talked to in my life and did not help me whatsoever. My order was marked delivered at my front door and it never was delivered (I have a ring camera and multiple cameras) I asked for a picture of my delivery for proof but have not been provided with one. All because a on trac delivery worker lied that I received my package I now am out $100 + dollars. Do not buy online from tillys !! They will not help you. I waited many days all to find out that they are not willing to help. I'm so upset because these items were Christmas presents for my kids and I can't believe such a huge company isn't even willing to help or understand that these items were NOT delivered to my house. I now have to contact my bank and hope that they help me. They stole my money and I will do anything I can to try and find someone who actually cares.

Awful Company to work for! When I worked there they did not wear face masks as they were supposed to, practiced no social distancing, and fellow employees were often sick and would show up to work to get others sick. Also, HR does not care about employees safety and well being. Think twice before working for this company.

I placed a order and i still haven't received it. It shipped on Oct 6th and said one would be here Oct 11 and the other Oct 12 th, called your corp office and they said i have to wait tell Oct 19th to call and then wait another 10 days for them to maybe give me my money back for you all using the fed ex and the USPS to ship my product, because they I am sure lost them. Have used your online lots of times and never a problem. But this is uncalled for me waiting almost 2 weeks to get a answer and no product and no money back. I ask them to just give me my money back which was a tillys gift card. This is a joke. Give me my products or money back don't make excuses for you using 2 different shippers that lost my stuff, i need it when the shipper said it was to get here. And no updates since the day it shipped leaving LA, that means they lost it.

I'm very disappointed. I loved this store so much and would go out of my way to shop here. After I ordered online and didn't receive one of my packages, I expected compensation or refund of the product that I never received. I received one out of three items. The products I didn't receive were valued at 63 dollars. This is a massive deal for me. I'm a college student and a single parent, and when I buy something for myself, it is such a rare treat. This company stole some of what little I have to spare, and I will never shop here again.

Customer service does not respond to emails. I was told to wait 5 days to review store footage. That was over a week ago. Ive emailed them twice after the 5 days and still no response. I will never shop at tillys again.
