I went and selected a Pokémon card set for a birthday gift. As I went to pay for it, I asked the employee if this set can be returned, as I am undecided if this is the correct Pokémon set that the birthday boy would like. The Target employee (at the customer service desk specifically) stated,"yes, this item can definitely be returned". I proceed with the purchase, since the customer service employee verbalized that it can in fact be returned. After the payment went through and I received my receipt, the receipt stated "Cannot be returned". I asked and questioned the same employee who assisted me as to why it says that it cannot be returned. The employee stated "Oh, yeah about that, it cannot be returned". What! I just asked you if it can be returned and you said yes! Now I cannot return this item even if I wanted to. Spoke with the so called manager who was very unhelpful as well. Very disappointed that the customer service employee is not knowledgeable about their own return policies. That's why I asked and proceeded with the purchase. Very disappointed in Evan and Grant's lack of professionalism and customer service skills, specially when this situation happened AT the customer service desk.

I have been coming here for years. I work in LA and so convenient for me to stop by because it's close to freeways. The store is organize. The staff are helpful. They pretty much have what I needed. Magnolia products are one of my favorites. Parking is not a problem to me especially they added spaces for electric cars. They need to check the restroom though because some customers are not responsible.

Came here for the mall, but cut through Target twice. It would drive me insane if my Target was at the mall and you had to fight the mall rats for parking! It was department store huge, we had a whole day planned so unfortunately we didn't have time to peruse the whole store. Just hit up the clothing sections and their dollar spot was spot on and had way more items than a regular sized Target would have. If I ever returned to this location, I would plan another full day again and would definitely make more time for my favorite store!

This is probably the largest Target I've been inside! It's huuuuuuuuge lolThe guy cleaning the women's restroom needs to retire or something. He took way too long cleaning. An entire line of women waiting to use the restroom formed. Like hello sir, we have to go now!!! Hurry the mess up. After seriously waiting 30 minutes just standing in line, he finally walked out. And let us inside. Annnnnnd the floors were still dirty. Come on bro, do better! Aside from that, this Target rocks. The ginormous LEGO display had me! I have never seen a LEGO display that big! Super cool lol They've got all the departments that Target's typically have. You can find just about anything here. Staff seemed willing to help and friendly. We bought some bath towels, snacks, and cleaning products. Everything was great, except for the bathroom ordeal.

This is my go to place. Always clean, well stocked, and placed in a beautiful mall as well. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there's been a terrible smell there the past couple months by the grocery area and the staff doesn't know what it is.

Took forever to shop here like literally never been to a Target so huge it's like super center. I got lost 4 times at this huge store. I loved how many options are available compare to other targets. I bought a ton of Christmas wrap and gifts at 30% off to 50% off. Had a great experience at self check out and the staff were helpful with helping find a price checker. Highly recommend

I'll never forget you Target."You close at 10? Good thing I got here at 9:55!""Can you check the back?""So you're saying I can't return this item I clearly bought at Walmart?"

Finding a parking spot here is nearly impossible. You can circle for 20 minutes before you find a space. Luckily I was here for an in-store pickup order (no curbside available due to the sheer volume of traffic and lack of space). I sent my husband in while I circled the lot, unable to find a space. There is, however, a parking garage across the street but it's usually pretty full too. And who wants to go through all that for a simple Target run? Although this location is the most convenient for me distance wise, I'll be driving to a further location because the parking is just that bad. Or, you can pay $10 to have your order delivered to your door. Save your sanity - do NOT attempt to park here.

I needed to use the restroom badly, so I walked in the store quickly to use it. Then over the loudspeaker, I heard a woman's voice calling for someone to do a bathroom check. Coincidence? I would think so except that I've also noticed that at some Targets, workers follow people around without trying to be obvious about it.Do you think I'm some kind of criminal about to do something illegal in the bathroom? I've never had any trouble with the law, but can't help but feel that retail corporations like Target are using some kind of surveillance system and data to profile people. Surveillance and profiling are out of control in this country.

I'm a frequent shopper of Target online and in-store. The Irvine Spectrum location is convenient for me, typically has a good selection of items, and well-stocked; however, due to the terrible customer service, I will be shopping at another Target.

Target isn't like it use to be. The caliber of teammates have drastically changed for the worse: no one talks to you, no one offers to help, their busy placing product on the floor and when asking questions, they're irritated for disturbing them. Hilarious because they work in an environment that supposed to serve people.

Henna was working the fitting room super hard and still took the time to give me the prices on some sale items. I really appreciated her kindness

This is a hyper crowded Target at the Irvine spectrum mall. I have a gift card so I want to buy something. I got some champagne on sale! It was super crowded so I had to avoid the lines and duck out after I bought a couple bottles of Belair champagne for $29.99! They have everything under the sun but their woman's clothing is not as good as it used to be. :(

I love this Target location! Of course it does get a bit busy as it is part of the spectrum but I try to go early in the morning (they open before the rest of the spectrum and I'm an early bird so it's perfect) or on weekdays... or just deal with it :) A couple things to be warned about: The drive up parking spots are in the parking garage which I didn't know the first time and couldn't find them, and one time I lost reception and the drive up employee was not able to scan my code so I had to park and go inside! Very frustrating but luckily has not happened since. Really big store with pretty good selection in stock.

Target deactivates your credit card if not used for 6 months. Did not know a store needs to dictate to me how I run my life. Most ridiculous policy ever. You can always apply for another card they say. Dream on I would never lower my credit score for this company again.
