I've heard good things about this company and decided to give them a try, had a few issues with their unit but their techs came out and honored HP warranty replacing defective parts installed from factory on the plotter!

Steven Enterprises has provided excellent service for our company. We go through huge amounts of paper and our rep, Lisa, knows when we're going to run out before I do most of the time. It was a pleasure doing business with Steven Enterprises. Bought some KIP toner from then and prices were lower than all the big names like Staples, HP, etc. I found them through their online Amazon Shop 4plotters. 10/10 would recommend for those looking for deals on inks and toner!

I called Steven Enterprises last week for toner for my OCE Colorwave and their service was beyond exceptional! The sales manager I was talking to, Mark, was able to give me a price lower than the big name companies as well as the local companies (My office is located in Irvine). And when I got my order they surprised me with a bag of candy with it! 10/10 would recommend them for inks and toner of all kinds!

We have been buying our ink, plotter paper as well as our plotter from Steven's for a few years now and have been extremely happy with the customer service and care that we have received from them. Our contact, Mary has gone above and beyond to help us with whatever we need and is always kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

My experience with the company before Chris Richardson was mediocre. Chris was very proactive she reached out to our company introduced herself and offered help. Since then she has became our point of contact for supplies. Before we used to outsource our ink and printer parts else where but now we order everything with Stevens.

One of my go to places for paper and equipment. These guys are pros and are on top of everything. Sean was the original contact he is a very knowlageble sales person. I got 3 machines from them. Their techs ( Bryan and Vlad ) have a sea of understanding about all the printers and such and any technical issues we had were always addressed and fixed. These guys are a very good solid professional team and Im very happy to work with them.
