Crowded Sunday I was waiting in line at the self checkout, and the older Hispanic guy working there took a couple before me and straight up cut me. So I took the next self checkout and decided to take a bag with me which he suddenly noticed and barked about claiming I owe him a bag smh. I don't think so dude. Don't cut your own customers in line. Management needs to address this.

WORMS IN PRODUCE I've been going to this store for two years now and lately their produce and specifically their raspberries have gone downhill. This is the second time in a matter of 2 months that I've gotten worms in my raspberries. I am disgusted and advise no one get their produce from this Ralph's.

My Mother is 73 years old and goes to this location for the last 6yrs. She just had back surgery. After 15 days she decided to go to Ralph’s today at the cash out She had trouble managing her payment and employee of that location was very rude and telling my mother you can’t do it. You have to come with someone else. I’m not gonna mention that employees name online. But this is unbelievable how they treat a senior citizen. This could be anybody’s mother and I’m not gonna stand by to see how a senior citizen get treated in the largest corporation in America, even if have take a legal action.

This is a very pleasant store to shop in. The layout and displays make you want to eat everything there! Especially in the rather large bakery area. Self checkout is a breeze, with employees at the ready to help with any issues. All employees here are welcoming and nice. Parking isn't the best, but it's not terrible. You'll definitely find a space close to the store.

This store always seems to disappoint. I came here to get mozzarella cheese to make a lasagna. There is a huge specialty cheese area and no mozzarella. I think if this store focused less on all the overpriced knick knacks they have in the middle of the store and paid more attention to staple products, I would be better impressed. Not the first fail for this store.

I saw this price tag and wanted to buy 5 for $1.49. At checkout, the very rude staff told me the price is no longer valid, as it has expired Dec 18, the only date shown on tag. However today is Jan 3 and it doesn't say end on Dec 18 so I would think that's the start date. Basically th ride staff insisted that they didn't take down an old tag for 2 weeks! Would any reasonable person accept that explanation? And the staff are so rude that Ralph's is telling me they don't want me as a customer, so I won't go back anymore. Ralph's should know that we have a choice where to shop!

Sommuch wrong here. From crowded aisles, filled with "specialized" items, to lack of cashiers and service to extremely poor management. I just left the store. 10 people waiting to checkout with the ONE cashier. And the cashier asked the manager at least 6 times while I was waiting for a backup cashier to come assist her because she needed to go to the bathroom. The cashier was frustrated. And not making the shopping experience exactly "enjoyable". I felt sorry for her! Plenty of store employees around. I saw several managers but not one opened a register to assist with checking. When I left, the line to checkout with the cashier was even longer! On top of the store being outdated and crowded, the lack of management and poor service encourages one to find another place to buy one's groceries.

I was there a couple days ago and I witnessed racial and religious discrimination. The cashier LORA was discriminating against a hijabi woman who was just trying to do grocery shopping like any other human being. The hijabi woman was trying to purchase Stuffed animals that were on clearance and LORA told her that she needs to change the price as it is priced wrong; while other people proceeded to purchase the same item at the discounted rate. But LORA didn't seem to care to fix that for everyone else and when the hijabi woman pointed that out LORA said that she is doing that just for her. LORA then proceeded to yank the cart forcibly away from the hijabi woman and LORA took the cart to the storage and told the hijabi woman to leave. THIS IS VERY VERY UNACCEPTABLE SPECIALLY BECAUSE WE LIVE IN A FREE COUNTRY. JUST A REMINDER IT IS OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO HAVE THE RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF RELIGION.

I usually don't write reviews, because I am not a stickler customer when it comes little things. However, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at the Ralphs store located at 6300 Irvine, CA, on Tuesday, October 24th, around 1:30 PM PST. I have been a loyal customer of Ralphs for over 15 years, and the purpose of my visit was a simple product exchange, which we barely do, and which unfortunately turned into an unpleasant ordeal. My dissatisfaction began when I approached one of your employees, a gentleman who was handling the self-checkout lanes. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I must say that his behavior was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. I approached him with a simple question regarding an exchange, and he responded with hostility, asking what was wrong with the product I wished to exchange. I politely explained that the product was not the brand I wanted, to which he responded with extreme rudeness, asserting that this was not a "valid" reason for an exchange. When I asked him what would constitute a valid reason, he simply replied that the product had to be defective. I responded by stating that something was indeed wrong with the product, but the hostility I received was entirely unwarranted.Feeling frustrated and disheartened by this initial encounter, I proceeded to the checkout lane to complete my exchange. At the register, I was attended to by an employee named Laura F. I greeted her politely and showed her the item I wished to exchange. To my dismay, she not only returned the item I was trying to exchange but did so with an unwarranted display of rudeness. When I corrected her about her own mistake, she yelled at me in front of other customers. This experience was incredibly disheartening and insulting to me.I have been a dedicated Ralphs customer for many years, and I have always appreciated the quality of service and products I receive from your stores. My loyalty is evident through the substantial annual rewards savings my family and I enjoy, which typically range between $800 and $1000 and that could easily provide an idea of how much we spend at your stores annually. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.I am writing this complaint in the hope that it prompts a constructive response from your end. I believe that loyal customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when they have a simple and valid request like mine. I kindly request that you take the necessary actions to ensure that such unpleasant experiences do not occur in the future to any other customers. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and communicate with the employees involved, providing them with additional training on customer service and basic courtesy.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon regarding the steps you will take to rectify this situation and to ensure that the high standards of customer service I have come to expect from Ralphs are upheld.Sean Burhan

Come in here all the time, my niece use to be the manager at this location, how has it gone down.. bakery has some of the laziest team members I've ever seen. You're supposed to have your products out by 6am.. 7am and you're all standing around gabbing while the products are getting stale sitting in the open air.. and the manager.. did nothing when it brought to her attention..

I love across the street from this Ralphs the people who work there are always kind but they sell expired products marks not that way. I have gotten cowgirl creamery Red Hawk cheese 3 different times and all 3 times it was intensely ammonia reeking and tasting of burning plastic. It was marked as unexpired but it was absolutely past it's prime. I get this cheese anywhere else and it's nothing like this. I also have gotten produce that is moldy the next day which is insane cuz Ralphs prices are exponentially greater than most other grocery outlets. I like to shop here cuz it's conveniently across the street but I can't handle eating anymore expired food.

Ralph's is just getting worse and worse especially this location , a cashier named Jose was being completely freaky as when me and my older sister were trying buy a bottle of wine and as we approached him he was being very flirtatious with my sister, and kept asking her for her number. It is very sad for an old man to act like that.
