I think if they make all of the upgrades and do all of the things that I suggested in my post before they would have a lot more customers make a lot more money and have better reviews

Walked into the store morning of a Charcuterie party I was helping host, went over to the cheese section and was greeted by an employee named Daisy. This was my first time delving into the world of cheese and she was FANTASTIC! Daisy was very patient, she walked around the entire cheese aisle going over the different cheeses, what paired well with each one, which would combo well, etc. Felt like I had hired a professional charcuterie maker! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the subject. Also helped with cracker selection. People loved the spread at the event. Best worker I have interacted with at Ralphs, thank you for a great experience!

This is yet another Ralph’s location that has Beatbox but they don’t have as many options as the other Ralph’s locations does. I don’t know what the criteria is for how they get their products but I do know that I’d love to see the beatbox green apple flavor there. They do honor the 3 for $10 deal or did when it was a corporate wide discount. The shopping experience here is nice obviously because it’s in Irvine and I truthfully have never seen a Ralph’s I didn’t like.(37/100—2023)

I have noticed that they leave some items out that are reaching their expiration date. For instance, milk with only a week or so left before they expire. I feel like if they are leaving items approaching their expiration date, they should offer a discounted price. Milk that expires in a week is less desirable than milk than expires at the end of next month. On the otherhand, there IS a cart in the back that does sell items they take off the floor and sell for a discounted price because they're a few days away from expiring (mainly the next day). I just don't like the items close to expiring still left on the shelves/fridges and still being offered for full price. Otherwise, the sushi here is always fresh and I love that. I seem to come to this Ralphs when they're always running out of things. In the produce section you'll often see pallets missing items or just plain empty. Maybe it's bad timing, I'm not sure, but this is the only Ralph's Ive been to with low inventory of fresh items: they're all out, or they're close to the expiration date.

Your employee Kenny and others. Clearly has no manners and is very rude. I ver completely ignored while asking for help. He looked me and my face and chooses not to say anything to me. I notice that this is happening a lot at the particular location. Y’all please be mindful of who is getting hired at these locations. This is ridiculous

I had a great shopping experiences at this place on 11/8/23. I went in and intended to buy green grapes that is supposed to be on sale at $1.49/lb. Unfortunately, there was only 1 bag left and it didn't look inviting. I came and asked the cashier name Kelley for a new batch. She called over the intercom. However, the food transponder brought out the wrong ones. I was so disappointed when the transponder told me that the on sale grapes were not unpacked yet. Then suddenly, I guessed a manager name Jesus spoke loudly to the transponder to give him a Kroger package grapes. He brought the grapes over to Ms. Kelley and told her to ring the entire package for $1.99. I was speechless as to what Mr. Jesus had done for me. He acknowledged the lack of store displays and replaced some thing similar to a customer like me. That was very impressive professional customer services. By the way, the store is clean and well organized too.

The Ralphs on Alton in Irvine deserves 5 stars. The people are friendly and very helpful. Once, the checkout person inadvertently charged me for an extra gallon of spring water. I left without checking the ticket. When I returned to the store and requested the extra gallon, they believed me. No problem. I think it was the assistant manager who trusted me without question. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Ralphs on Alton in Irvine.

I and my boyfriend was at this store, at self checkout around 11:30pm on 8/15/23. We had 2 separate payments one was his and one was mine. He did his first which went smoothly and I went after him on the same terminal. My order was a bit more than I could afford so I was trying to signal for help but due to short staffing no one was monitoring self checkout so I decided instead of waiting I would go to another terminal. As I was transferring over I had taken a few items out of my original order so that it would be the cost I could afford but I ended up being a few dollars short so I signaled for help once again. While waiting, my boyfriend with the items he PURCHASED decided to go to the car and drop them off. As he was doing so a cashier (of middle eastern descent) finally came to help and I was trying to explain the situation, but she seemed frantic and then took off running out the door. When she came back I asked her "why did you go running?" And she says "Your husband took the items" I look at her bewildered and tell her he PAID for them and went to put it away and she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. I asked her "do you want to see his reciept?" She says yes and without me contacting him he came back in the store anyway because he knew I would need help to carry my items. He shows both women the receipt and apparently that wasn't enough. The "manager" or "supervisor" (Hispanic decent) I'm not sure her title, tells us that he needs to bring back the items or else she needs to take a picture of his license plate, which was uncalled for but what was more uncalled for was the fact she even had the audacity to follow him to his car and made sure he was bringing back the items. Once they got back inside and they saw everything added up fine they didn't even apologize for the accusation they had made towards my boyfriend. It's unacceptable the fact they wrongfully accuse him of STEALING even after proving his innocence and it was clearly racially motivated since I wasn't accused at all. It was God awful that those 2 female workers had to embarrass me and ESPECIALLY HIM when all I needed was help and the matter could have been resolved in a more appropriate and calmly way. Instead it escalated unbelievably. The hispanic woman was even trying to make excuses for her and the other woman's behavior to me which still doesnt right the wrong of accusing someone of stealing. I even am personally a Front End Supervisor at another grocery store and I am beyond appalled. I can tell you that how those women handled the situation is NOT how you do so unless you would like a write up. I don't expect anything out of my complaint but please do any action that would make mine and my boyfriends future visits more comfortable since this is our local Ralphs location. Thank you.

Ron at the cashier overcharged me 150 dollars for water and when I noticed it he refunded and said itll be back on my accoun in 5 dayst at that point we were smiling and all was goid. Honest mistake right? but then i realised there were other issues too and when I pointed those Ron started getting upset and talking loudly about me to the others as if I was making unnecessary claims. Then finally staff manager Olivia came to "help" but her attitude to me was angry and i got no apology or anything how I was not only taken 150 dollars which i wont see in days (if ever?) Just felt like I was made to look like the "Karen" who just complains. Finally hopefully they fixed the other wrong charges but that fel so unprofessional and hurtful. never going back.

I have seen multiple times the shop counter deliberately charges more incorrectly like incorrect item charged or the discount won’t apply. I will strongly encourage to check bill before you leave the shop.

Not all grocery stores are created equal; this Ralph's is head and shoulders above the rest! The store is packed to the gills with product; how awesome things are in stock and you have excellent choices! Well lit and clean. Kelley, supervising the self checkout, was a wealth of information about the membership card when I inquired. More importantly she cared about my time - that it was valuable. Wow. May we clone her?! Then I watched Ronald B at the register. There was a very old man, clearly on a fixed income and needed the coupons. Ronald B treated him like family, exceptionally patient, never made the man feel unwelcome or rushed and showed him how to access them on your app. It was beautiful, the man left feeling accomplished and when I'm that old I hope there are people still this kind. This was not my "go to" grocery store but after today will be. These two employees were outstanding ambassadors for this brand and restores my faith in humanity.
