“Had an..odd.. experience at one of their competitors - I only needed paint samples for now for a smaller project (wall mural) and the girl I dealt with at their competitor seemed really bothered so I ended up coming here instead. The employee I dealt with was SOOOO SO SO kind to me, and so helpful :) He made my 2 samples for me right away and was very happy to do so. “I needed to have paint color matched for an interior project and get a new color for an exterior project, both at home. The customer service was great! Kyle was very helpful with his recommendations for the types of paint needed for both projects. When the Garden Grove store didn't have the correct type of exterior paint for my patio bricks (velvet), he actually picked it up from another store and delivered it to my house for no extra charge! The interior paints matched perfectly and the exterior paint covered very well in only one coat. I'll definitely be back for my next painting project!”

“The store manager McKayla(?) tried to get me to accept a gallon of paint for my order that had clearly been leaking and had a large strip of dried paint caked to the side from the seam where the handle met the bucket. I complained and luckily her staff was willing to replace with an intact gallon while she was giving excuses about the leak being from an unrelated can of paint. I’m concerned that she will retaliate against her staff for helping me while she refused to do so initially.”
