All of the coaches I worked with were good. The only downside is that the parking lot gets really crowded and you need to get there at least 5 minutes early to your evening classes if you want to make it on time.

Unfortunately I was turned away at this location for my first visit! I arrived 23 min before the class and the staff said I didn’t meet their “30 min cut off” I’ve worked out at many gyms and was coming to sign up myself and my assistant and he turned us away.I called the Tustin location and the staff was amazing! The coach literally filled the paperwork over the phone as I made my way to their location! Customer service plays a big part in having a positive experience and I’m just so happy I called the other location so I could fall in love with OT!

My first class with Orange Theory Fitness I wasn't connected to OTF monitoring system and the staff didn't catch that for 40 minutes. At that point the staff said I couldn't get any numbers for the work out, but I did work out so that is great.

I went there for a few months, very small and tight area to exercise. They raised the membership a month later, they keep charging my bank account even after I left. If you late a few minutes they don't let you in. Very loud music, inside the gym is stuffy . I got disappointed. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I arrived 5min late to the class and coach Kimberly would not allow me to stay eventhough the class was not even half full. She asked me to leave...I said I'm within my 5min window but she still told me to leave. This was my first time I was ever late. I feel she was extremely rude and should have allowed my 1 time being 5min late. It was a Friday afternoon and I hit so much traffic just to get there. I will NOT be taking that rude woman's class every again...in fact I'm looking to cancel my membership!

Orangetheory gets your heart rate going with treadmills, rowing and my personal favorite, weights! It is also the best way to kick start your day and gets you ready for whatever life brings you! My favorite coaches are Kaycie (versatile, engaging and inspiring), Glennis (energizing, empowering and motivational) and Melissa (supportive, motivational and inspirational speaker and leader) they will get you to where you want to be! The front desk is also super friendly and supportive! Maelyn, Kara, Brandon and Chase are truly the best!! You won't regret making Orangetheory part of your fitness lifestyle!!

Great place to exercise. Takes the thinking out of working out. Just go in and they have the full body workout and you don't have to even think about a play list. Every trainer has their own vibe. All trainers are great but our favorite is Melissa she encouraged you as well as corrects your form. Definitely recommend this location.

Good - all mentors are good. You will do running rowing and strength training in 55 min .Concern - You can not cancel class in less than 8 hrs. It will cost you full class price. Many times it happens you book class and then be on waiting list. If you get last min entry you have to run to attend and can’t cancel it.You have to plan your next month in advance as they don’t allow you to change memberships option once month starts as they got paid for month so no refund at any cost.You can not carry over paid classes to next monthLastly , while enrollment sales person told me I can change membership any no of times within month when I tried to downgrade this month , they simply declined saying it was miscommunication during enrollment. Why one would change membership n no of time for upcoming months ? it is not flexible. Very well planned attendance is needed specially if you are working person.

Can't say enough good things about this location. Everyone from the front desk to the coaches are amazing. The coaches are helpful,supportive, and nice. It's a very positive environment. If you're looking to get fit, loose some weight, or keep up with a steady exercise routine this is the place to do it. It can be challenging but it's worth it.

I like orangetheory classes in general but unfortunately this location is not very friendly to everyone . it seems to me that staff and coaches have their favorites and they are the one who get most of the training and attention during the class and all the good stations are being reserved and assign to them . i mean come on we in year of 2023 seriously !also this location is smaller than other studios but more crowded and it is not being maintain very well . there are times that my equipment ( the rower machine ) stopped working during the class
