Had an amazing experience at Honda, Khash Bagheri really knows what he’s doing and was amazing at informing me about every step and every fact about the car. i would absolutely recommend Honda and Khash as your sales guy.

Went in for service, was told it would take an hour and a half. I send a text msg after two hours for an update and don't get a response. After 3 hours I walk into the service area and I'm told that my car was done an hour ago and they just somehow forgot to message me. Honda took $40 bucks off my bill, but I'd much prefer my time back. Guy who helped me is named Stephen. Nice enough guy, but forgetting a customer's existence is pretty baffling.
Won't be taking my car here for service in the future.

I purchased a truck from here early July of this year and it is a great truck service was good at the dealer I had gotten an over the phone quote on my trade in and it was pretty close to what I was looking for so I made the drive to the dealer (2hours) I then arrive and they offered me about 2k less on the trade in which I was confused about they had pictures and full description of the vehicle regardless deal was made and I went on my way then i received a notice about a month later stating I owe them 150$ for dmv fees which I thought was strange since a whole contract was signed and done this is not my first time buying a car and I have never had this issue i don’t see how a mis calculation on dmv fees should fall on me but I guess it does.like I said i enjoyed the service but because of that i will not purchase from them again.
Ps.also received called and mail from a tow yard saying I owe 1800$ for a storage fee for the car I had traded in? Just strange

I just purchased my car here and was helped by Sebastian Kavoosi (Sales Consultant). I came in from 4 hours away and him knowing that, made the experience quick and easy and got me out of there ASAP knowing that I had a long drive back. Once home a had some questions and needed some help over the phone and he went out of his way and more to resolve my issues. I you find your yourself going there ask for Sebastian Kavoosi.

Excellent service from Jacob James, Vincent, Steve, Joy and the rest of the team at Norm Reeves Honda! Jacob was professional, prepared, friendly, and he provided timely service including an oil change, tire rotation and more. Jacob addressed and resolved all my questions. Vincent provided me with helpful recommendations and Steve helped me check out smoothly as well while Joy promptly grabbed my car. It was a great experience and I highly recommend working with Jacob and staff while visiting this center for all your car needs! Clean facility.

If I could give them ZERO starts, i would. I purchased a car in 01/2024 and traded in my old car. Months after I recevied a letter from the DMV indicating that the registration has not been paid ( first issue ) . I called the dealer and they indicated that they will taka care of. This month I got a letter from a toll road with 2 violations as the car used the toll road and hace not been paid . I called the dealer and they indicated that they sold my car in a auction without transferring the car the car out of my name and that they are no longer responsible nor have control over my car. They said that now the auction place is responsible for my car and that if it was sold , I would need to wait for the new owner to do tittle transfer . So I'm at the mercy of an irresponsible person who obviously does not care about breaking the law. To be in this situation I could have sold the car myself, and get more money for it. What kind of business treats their customers like this . I thought I was selling my car to a serious business who does follows all steps to ensure their customers do not get affected in any way. This is a nightmare.DONT SELL YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!!!

My grandmother purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, the vehicle has a locking gas cap on it, she was not given a key for the cap. The suggestion made to her by the dealership was to call AAA and hopefully they can unlock the cap for her.

I guess I should have known better—when I asked for a loaner car, they practically laughed and said, 'This is Honda, not Lexus!' The service was just as 'luxurious' as that comment. They told me a driver would pick me up in 20 minutes, but after waiting for 3 hours, I realized I'd have a better chance hitchhiking. I finally gave up and got my own ride. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you like you bought a luxury car, look elsewhere—because here, you get what you pay for: cheap car, cheap service, cheap treatment. What a joke!"

If you want a great car buying experience, which is often an oxymoron, visit Norm Reaves Honda. I just purchased a certified used Honda and everything went smoothly. They aggressively priced car, worked on terms, were friendly and professional and got me out of the dealership in less than couple hours. Sue was great and Eric did a great job getting paperwork in order. I was buying a car for my parents and dealership really wanted to sell me a car my parents would like and could afford. Don’t waste your time driving to lot of dealerships. If Norm Reaves has a car you want, buy it there. And they have the best detailing for the price. I took my older Honda there for years. Overall, one of best dealerships I have been too in the last couple years. Thanks for the beautiful Accord.

I used to like this place for service. But the recent experience is just terrible. Stephen told me the maintenance will take 1 hour But I waited for 1hour and 50 min. What's worse is that I have a doctor appointment After that and because of the service it made me miss the appointment. If they could just be honest and tell me how long this will take, I could have reschedule my appointment. Then, the guy who checked the car told me to find him, Then I walked towards him and he left. What was he doing? Just terrible service and training. Terrible service and liar.

I am a full-time student and worker, living alone in the US, and recently I had my first experience leasing a car at [Norm Reeves honda at irvine]. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an emotionally and financially distressing experience.
As someone who has been in the US for just a couple of years, I trusted the dealership to guide me honestly. I walked in, explained my situation—that I had worked tirelessly for two years balancing school and a full-time job, just to afford a reliable car. I was naive, and I believed they would take my honesty and lack of experience into consideration.
Instead, they exploited my trust. I ended up leasing an HR-V for a whopping $8,000 down payment and $360 monthly payments over 36 months. It was only after signing the contract that I realized, with a simple search, that I could have leased a BMW for the same amount.
It’s heartbreaking to think that no one at the dealership considered helping a young, vulnerable girl who was clearly overwhelmed and alone. They saw my desperation and instead of offering guidance, they saw an opportunity to make a profit.
Now, seven months into this lease, every day is a reminder of how I was deceived. I can only hope that karma and the universe will answer them. Sometimes, being human and offering a helping hand is far more valuable than any amount of money.
To anyone reading this, especially young and inexperienced individuals, please learn from my story. Do your research, bring someone you trust, and never let your honesty be exploited.
