Don’t shop here. Take your business elsewhere. While shopping with my sister-in-law today the manager refused to allow her to use her Veterans discount (25%) on her full purchase. When we asked why not all items would be discounted she stated “we’ve been watching you while you shop and those items aren’t all for you”.

A must have for workout clothes! Who doesn't like lululemon workout clothes. But this location has always been my solid go to. The employees are always helpful whether helping me find a size, picking out a type of style, or giving me their own personal advice for what works best for a gift.

I am so happy with my experience at this lululemon store. The sales representative Shawn was so sweet and accommodating to me. I was looking for a specific item that was out of stock at multiple other stores but he went out of his way to search for my wanted item and was able to ship it to my house from another store! I have never received such kind customer service. Thank you Shawn!!

The staff are great, professional and friendly. I was worried about returning three items that I purchased through the web at the store but it was easy breezy. I ended up exchanging the items with no problem at all. Thank you all for a great experience.

I drove across town to buy a gift for my wife but employee would not allow me in the store because they were "closing soon". I drove back across town frustrated and empty handed. Products are great but any business that is not open during posted hours will no longer be getting my business.

Hailey (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was soooo helpful. I was looking for a sweater to wear for a short time on my way to the gym and during a walk/run outside. She gave me a great rundown of what jackets would be the best and helped me choose the gorgeous green defined jacket and I love it so much that I just ordered it in the camo color too! I lost a lot of weight this past year and still have body dysmorphia so I tend to grab bigger sizes even though the smaller sizes fit me now. I grabbed sizes 12-20 in the jackets and tried them on and Hailey said I should try on a 10. Then when I tried on the 10 she said girl that looks great but you could honestly even go down to like a size 6!! That made my day and without that experience and good customer service from Hailey I probably wouldn’t have bought anything. Thank you!

Came here around 4pm on a weekday and there is a line with 3 people outside the door. We figured the store must be full so we will wait in line. We peek inside, there is hardly anyone inside, about 7 people including employees. There's way more people at the grocery store. Still, there is a line and they won't let people in. "We are at max capacity." They have a virtual waitlist QR code outside, so I scan to save my place in line. The link says there are 0 people waiting, so we try to enter but the worker in front still won't allow us to go in. 5 people leave the store, and she lets just 2 people in. There is one more girl waiting outside and the worker tells her "sorry you have to wait we are at max capacity." Okay, 5 people out, 2 in.. You have room to let 3 more people in. This worker CLEARLY failed math... Or maybe the mannequins count as people too?! Horrible customer service at this location. I'll go back to ordering online or going to Fashion Island.

The negative review on this page is pretty consistent to my review today. I'm not sure what it was, but I wished I would've walked out instead of purchasing my item since it was obvious they didn't care whether I purchased something or not. I entered the store and I must say it looked very clean and organized so no complaint there. However, the customer serve is little to none. I was never greeted, offered any assistance, and don't even think anyone cared to make eye contact throughout the time I was there - and I will add that the store had shoppers, but was not busy. Onto the checkout. While in line I noticed the female rep was wiping everything down and very lovely. As for my male rep, never did I even get a smile. He was taking and giggling with the customer before but when it came to me he simply said "next." Never wiped down the counter, wasn't engaging, didn't make eye contact, didn't ask for my phone number to put in this system, and didn't care. I think he could've been replaced with a self checkout and I'd have a better experience. I'll stick with south coast Lululemon from now on.

I shopped in here a few months back and asked if I could apply the healthcare workers discount to my purchases (about $600) . The manager said she couldn't because dentists weren't considered frontline workers like MD and nurses...I replied that I am on the front lines and that not every MD or nurse is working directly with covid 19 patients, but I happen to be in a very high risk profession in this regard. So after having been insulted (she proceeded to tell me that I would have to call corporate to see if dentist is even on that list!) I left the clothes on the table. She smirked when I responded that she should think about how this is insulting to my profession. Anyway, the corporate said it is at the discretion of the store to determine who is eligible ?? Why is it up to the store if this is a Lululemon policy. I appreciate the extension of a discount to the hospital workers but this "list" must be very specific and not discriminatory.!

Not the friendliest bunch of workers . I felt like they cater to a certain type . The dressing room lady just told me what dressing room to go to but the girl behind me which was certain type she said Hi was more friendlier , and wrote her name on the board on the dressing room door .I’m visiting from nyc and lulumon in nyc by Rockefeller so much friendlier and makes me feels so welcomed even if there are other people in the store :)))

Stopped by this week to make an exchange on a jacket I received as a Christmas gift from a family member. Kim was SUPER helpful in explaining what I could exchange it for and guided me to the jackets I wanted. She was friendly and made my visit a great one.
