I had THE shorts with liner from 2 years ago that are no longer made with the thick, compression liners anymore. It was getting torn at the seams. However, store associate Henry and the manager helped me replace these shorts with a new pair as their performance guarantee and made it so easy to do so. I like the brand even more now because of these guys. Thank you!

I came in and was helped be Wenny. Wenny (Wendy with no d haha) was sooo helpful! She helped me with a quality promise exchange and helped me find the perfect alternative to the legging which did last. She helped with sizing and choosing which style would work best for me! She helped me immediately when I walked in and was so super nice and friendly! Thank you Wenny!!

The caucasian girl with her shoulder length hair working at the cashier from 16:15 till 16:30pm was super rude and giving me lecture on my card return. I never had to show my card when i returned stuffs online. It would normally be automatic. She really needs to work on her customer service skills and i was not dealing with her. The person helped me was really nice but she needed to go out of her way to lecture me. Sometimes you just need to be quiet and mind your own business. I did tell her that her attitude was annoying.

Service is top tier, just make sure you ask for Wenny! She helped me so much last weekend and helped me pick out some of the new fall line! I'm on my way back to grab some more of the ABC performance pants she recommended for me in other colors! Lulu is known for their selection and value, but Wenny adds that excellent service we all need!

My daughter and I wear and have almost every Lululemon product. We have never been treated the way we were treated tonight at this location. We brought in a pair of leggings to be repaired as it was coming apart at the seems and a shorter lady in the leggings section (who told us she did colorguard in high school) was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a store. She refused to take the leggings to repair the seam and told us it was time we invested in new pairs. When I told her we have probably 20 pairs but loved these ones and wanted to fix the seam she then told us "we weren't using the leggings as they were intended which is for yoga". I don't even know how to respond to that. When I said well we just kind of wear them for everyday life, she rudely said "I'm just trying to educate you! You just need to invest in new pairs. You don't use the leggings as they are intended". She was so condescending in her tone and rude, another customer pulled us aside after the interaction and said she never comes to the spectrum location because she is frequently treated this way as well--and recommended we only go to the Newport Beach location. I plan to do exactly that. I will never go to this location again. Which is unfortunate for me-not for this place because they clearly don't care. Nice people sure seem to be rare around here.

Nice running shoes, a little pricey and yet not functional. The only shoes I bought that hurts my knees when I ran. It also left a large blister every time. Grrrr Maybe you should stick to stretchy pants.

As someone who has ordered probably around $1k of lulu clothes online in the past 2 months, I made the mistake of accidentally putting my first scuba hoodie in the dryer once. It definitely shrunk and made the shape rather uneven, so I brought it in, in the hopes of getting an exchange (keep in mind I've ordered another scuba since and have taken better care of it, now knowing it's delicate wash/dry requirements). After asking though the cashier looked it over briefly, just said "it looks fine" and said they couldn't offer any sort of exchange. Really bummed considering how much I've spent on this company, was hoping they'd know I was only asking in good faith but guess not :(

First class customer service. This is a busy store, but they have very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were struggling to find what we were looking for, and after talking to some of the staff, not only we found what we wanted, we were also educated on how some of the products were meant to be used. You’ll be surprised and impressed by the simplest cool designs that you don’t know about. Thank you for the amazing staff!

I write you this review with fiery infuriation that my Mary Poppins like normal persona is having difficulty recognizing myself. I feel I am a down to earth woman. Bragging, self inflation, or narcissism of all forms I find most often repugnant and point blank it makes me feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER. What I also know I am. Is a damn good Orthodontist. Which to CLARIFY for you lulu dear IS A DOCTOR. I followed all the rules and got healthcare eligibility verified on lululemon's website months ago. Fast forward last week I went to this location being that it's my trusty never fail me beloved Irvine Spectrum to buy a pair of leggings and a bra. At checkout, I went to log in to show the woman behind the counter my healthcare worker discount, to which she meanly replied, "are you a nurse?" No I replied. "Are you an EMT" No I replied. "Are you an MD?" Again I replied No. "Oh then you don't qualify because you're not a doctor, nurse or EMT". I politely replied, "But I am a doctor..I am a D.D.S., a dentist, a doctor of dental surgery" to which she had the audacity, the ignorance, and the lack of respect to look me in the face and say "Oh a dentist is not a doctor, so you don't qualify"My blood boils thinking about this experience which was bar none the absolute worst customer experience I have EVER had in my life. I don't need or give a crap about your 15% discount but what I DO deserve is respect. I went to 2 years of post-bacc, 4 years of dental school, and 2.5 years of residency, and saw patients throughout the pandemic before the vaccine was available. Educate yourself Lulu, dentists are doctors and you should be so lucky to have us as your clients. I for one however will be doing my yoga purchases elsewhere. Namaste.

Very awful experience. Manager at the Irvine Spectrum store is very rude and unprofessional to say the least. She is unfit to be in retail business. Lululemon can do much better in hiring. It is such a turn off. Will not do business with them ever again. Avoid this location and better yet avoid this brand. Many other choices out there where you will be appreciated and respected as a customer.
