item (NFL cap) was price ticketed at $30.99, when I took it to the register to pay, it rang up at 32.99. I showed the guy it was ticketed at 30.99, he said he would NOT honor the ticketed price, if I still wanted it I would have to pay 32.99 . Felt like I was getting ripped off so I left without it.Vancouver Wa Mall location

Really loved this place. Had two big huge racks with a lot of nba throwback jerseys that were all 50 percent off. Highly recommend going.

Alright, I'm gonna be super honest here.I'm not a huge fan of sports in general. So that means that I'm not on the hunt for sporty gear that often. Once in a blue moon, I might plan to go to a Lakers game, Ducks game, or Angel's game. But this doesn't happen often. Based off of that information, you can tell that I am not a die heard fan of anything.... Well except food lol Hence why I love the Yelp community hahaThat being said, my boyfriend and I stopped in here the weekend before the Superbowl. We thought it would be cool to pick a team and root for them. That makes the Superbowl more exciting to watch right? Otherwise, who cares lol And half-time shows are hit or miss. This last Superbowl seemed like it was low budget or something (snore). Anyway, we stopped in here looking for Chief hats to rock on Sunday during the Superbowl. Well, we found them at Lids Locker Room. But they were so over-priced! You want me to pay $50 for a hat that I'm gonna wear once and then throw in the closet?!?! No thanks lol For real fans this might be worth the price.

The guys that work here are jovial, super friendly, and make you feel welcome. They honestly make it a pleasure to shop here! There is a tv near the register, and the Lakers game was on while I was there. The whole vibe was **chef's kiss** PERFECT! The store is well stocked, great lighting, and very clean. I like this store much better than the regular Lids!

I mean, what is the point of this store being open? Homedude that works there clearly hates customers and his negative a** vibe is the reason I walked out and probably why it's often empty. I get retail can be a b***** but it doesn't help when the employee is a bigger b*****

Poor customer service. No acknowledgement from employee when entering. Found a hat I was going to purchase but wanted to check the other Lids store in the Spectrum. Said, "Thank you" to the employee, received a rude response. Didn't find anything at the other store but did not return due to attitude. Sale lost. Purchased a hat from MLBshop.com for a less expensive price. Why does Lids only hire rude people?

Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't say Hi, they don't ask if you need help and they don't even say thanks after you purchase a merchandise. When I went there on 06/04/22 around 2pm there was a Dark hair girl working and an African American tall skinny guy working. They were chatting with each other the entire time and not giving a damn about the customers.

I called and asked if they had a certain item they responded with yes we do. They hung up the phone on me and when I went in they said they didn’t have the item. A employee also made fun of my voice while I was there

Terrible customer service and follow up. I had placed a custom embroidery order at the MV mall store which was promised to be finished 3 days later. No follow up until a week later when I had to track them down, only to find out that they completely messed up the order (and then the "manager" just up and quit). I had to take the issue to the Irvine location because nobody was left who knew how to embroider at the MV mall location. Now the Irvine store says they will not replace the hats that have been messed up. They originally told me they would replace the blank hats that had been wrongly embroidered, but over 4 months later they never contacted me or even call me back. Once I was able to get ahold of them (after several calls during that 4 months), they said I am out of luck and they refuse to correct the error or reimburse me for the hats (which total over $100). The store manager told me that it wasn't their problem anymore. Now they have left me and a my whole team hanging. I used to get all my hats from Lids. Not anymore! Very disappointed.

ordered a shirt on 10/4 with a 4-7 days shipping. won't receive the shirt until 10/18. of Course I'm leaving for Texas on 10/15. Wish i just order off Amazon, would of got free shipping and have it arrive the next day.
