I just recently obtained a HELOC loan with Nick Green. I have worked with him several times in the past. His advice to me to go in this direction was extremely helpful. Mary Probasco worked incredibly hard to get us a small HELOC loan. There were many hurdles we had to jump over, and she helped me every step of the way. She helped us refinance before, and she moved mountains to get us this loan too. I highly recommend JWH Financial and specifically, Mary Probasco.

Leslie Jenson and Ryan Mether were amazing!I was very pleased with their service and responsiveness.Leslie was very clear and upfront with all the fees and interest rate I would be charged.They always answered my emails promptly and were always ahead of schedule.I appreciated getting excellent customer service and not having to pay more for it. In my opinion their rates are completive and the service is outstanding! I definitely recommend JWH Financial!

Shout out to David Cardoso. I worked on 3 projects with David. 2 Refis, 1 owner occupied and one investment both went super well, with very competitive rates, both closed in 4 weeks. Super happy. Later I had a purchase project, bigger and a bit more challenging. 3 weeks into escrow, when we noticed the challenges I got a better offer with less challenging terms from another lender and shared it with David. I had a very direct and open communication with David who tried his best and when noticed he can't offer better, stayed cooperative, even trying to transfer the appraisal report to the other vendor to save my time and money. This type of professionalism is rare in this industry. Thanks David and Arshia.

It was a real pleasure to work with Kevin and Arshia at JWH Financial when I decided to refinance my mortgage loan. I gave Kevin my financial information and in less than 15 minutes he gave me a rate quote at a very attractive rate and locked in my rate for about a 45 day period.Then he introduced me to Arshia. Arshia was responsible for gathering my information and putting my file together. I have never dealt with such well mannered professionals. Phone calls were returned in a very timely manner and they were very responsive!!! We had a wonderful experience working w/Leslie Jenson and her assistant Ryan as when we thought we couldn't obtain a refinance due to our "special" situation, they came through for us when other mortgage broker's couldn't and closed the loan in less than 4 wks from the initial interest rate lock. If you want a quick and easy refi or new mortgage call the guys a JWH Financial. I wanted the best rates and shorter mortgage term and that is what I got. Our experience with JWH Financial was the best!!!! No kidding! My husband and I wanted to refinance our home but was getting frustrated with other companies as we were not getting the kind of service they advertised. We decided to just give it a break. We later received a mail from JWH telling us about there product offerings. We decided to try them. We have not regretted our decision. From the get go Josh Wood was great, he listened to us gave sound advise and we started the process right away. Later we were introduced to Josh Baranski as the person who would also be working with us. We were told that we could close as early as three weeks! I wasn't completely sold on that three weeks timeframe, but guess what??,,,,,in three weeks we were closed!!!! The entire process was quick and stress free and we got everything as promised. If you are looking for a Mortgage Lender, JWH Financial is the place to go!...Thank you guys for providing such excellent service!

I shopped for companies to refinance. JWH gave me the low rate with lowest closing cost. Danna and Arshia made the process of refinancing so easy. Danna was very pleasant to talk to, patiently answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with her that I recommended her to a good friend who will refinance with JWH as well. Arshia was quick to answer my questions as well through email. Also, if rates are still low, Danna told me that I can refinance with them at no cost in 6 months time. Overall, very, very satisfied with JWH Financial.

My mailbox filled with flyers of mortgage refinance from various companies recently. I had some bad experience of trying to refinance my rental property before that I almost gave up trying again. But the current rate is so attractive that I decided to try one more time and decided to go with JWH after my initial call with the loan officer Jade Holman and going over their 5 star google reviews. Now my loan just closed in time with very competitive rate as expected. They do deserve the 5 stars! I could not be happier to be able to refinance my rental property loan which is usually more difficult to get approval than the primary home. Really grateful for the time and effort from Jade Holman and Ryan Mether to make this happen. They are very responsive, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.
