I was very impressed with the service. I took my car in for an oil change. I was helped immediately. They changed the oil and checked the rest of the fluids and changed the air filters, which really needed to be changed, and I was out in, about 10 minutes. Will definitely go back.

Service is great. Only takes about 15 mins for the entire oil change(alfa romeo giulia). Plus they checked break and tire for me.

Ricardo and the team at this Jiffy Lube location are the best! I've been here a handful of times and will keep coming back. Everyone is very friendly and professional and never pushes additional services that are not needed. Don't forget to grab a coupon from online too!

Came in after work for an oil change. I was helped out by David immediately and the whole process took under 15 minutes. He also recommended any parts that I should replace and got my car cleaned for free. Great service!

Fastest and easiest oil change I've ever experienced. David was wonderful and serviced my car in 10 minutes. He was kind, efficient and provided excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

THANK YOU DAVID! I was hesitant to come to another Jiffy Lube in Irvine because my experiences at the other one were not the best. Despite that I tried this one since I was in the area after work... best decision I could've made! I have never had such great service at a Jiffy Lube to the point where I would recommend this specific one! It was super quick and David was especially nice and knowledgeable. Everyone else working was also kind :) I would go out of my way to come here again for sure.

The best and fastest service I've ever had. David was a great help and his team was fast and they exceeded my service standard by a long shot. Hands down the best Jiffy lube I've ever been at. They take pride in their work and their quality of service. Over the it's a bang for your buck and awesome value overall and great customer service. Definitely coming back here after!

David was awesome! Our battery died on us unexpectedly and most shops were closing around us due to how late it was. We called up this location and he was super quick to fit us in last minute - we were in and out in under 20 minutes. Great service, great value, thanks again David.

Best oil change service in the area. As a woman, I unfortunately deal with people trying to sell me on things I don't need. But that didn't happen here! I came in and let them know what I needed and that I didn't need my air cabin filter changed because I do that myself and they just said ok. I came in at like 6:30 pm on a weekday when most oil change places are closed but that's when I had time after work. I pulled up and they went to work! I was out of there by 6:45 pm and everything was perfect. With their coupons and promotions, it was a much better deal than Valvoline as well. I recommend them to everyone.
