I really think it's a crappy thing to close early. We raced there to buy wine with 5 minutes to spare. They just looked at us through the glass and shook their head.

This store is my favorite in Irvine! Not very many liquor stores here but I don't need to go anywhere else because they have pretty much everything. Lots of wine and spirits options. The owner is very friendly too! Store is clean for it being so big. It's very inviting here as well.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and clean. We had a corner room with a king bedroom with its own bath and a queen bedroom with its own bath. And a living room and kitchen in the center. Free breakfast is fantastic. Served from 7:00 to 10:00. Parking is plentiful. Costs $10 a day. Used the swimming pool and hot tub. Towel’s are at the pool. They had a very nice gym by the pool. A little snack shop in the lobby. Enjoy!!

Excellent and caring customer service from Sarah. We had car trouble and Sarah was helpful and understanding as we parked our car in the lot and waited for AAA. As a Titanium Elite (and former Ambassador Elite) member she provided wonderful service despite not knowing my status. Her assistance has led me to considered shifting my stay to this Residence Inn from our usual nearby Courtyard!

I have a special-needs son and every night or every other night I have to go down to the front desk and get a fresh change of sheets. And for me I feel like I am bothering the front desk by asking for a fresh change of sheets. But Miss Jody never hesitate and gives me fresh change of sheets. Every time I go down there with a smile on your face, and I really appreciate that. Her kindness and her professionalism is amazing and I just wanted to tell Jody thank you for making me feel comfortable here at the Marriott residence Inn John Wayne Airport. The maid service is excellent. The rooms are amazing The maid service is 100% quality. Just everything about this place is amazing and I want to thank everybody that works here. Have a beautiful day????

The Asian female owner decides who to sell alcohol to and she is very unprofessional personality and their prices are way higher than surrounding liquor store. I went to buy beer and other alcoholic beverages and she refused to see. She the owner has a mental situation toward her customers avoid going there they are unprofessional and the cashier is drunk most of the times and charges your debit card more of what should have been. Cashier does not give you receipt and does not remember any one. Be careful of this busine

I stopped in here trying to find a specific, rather niche tequila. They didn't have it, but had such a delightful array of other options we ended up leaving with two nice alternatives. Would definitely return!

We're locals, hoteling it due to some extensive home repairs. The upside of this property is its central location (close to airport, freeways, UCI, the beach, two major shopping malls, grocery stores and great restaurants within a short 5-8 min drive). They have 2 br 2 ba rooms with full kitchen, which is what we chose. It is dog friendly and parking is easy. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating for eating or lounging -- they managed to get the often non-working fireplace working while we were there, which was nice as it's been a cold wet winter here in SoCal. Decent coffee service and breakfast in the mornings. Heated outdoor pool and spa and quite nice landscaping. The room served our needs -- the linens were clean, beds ok, (some pillows past their prime), the kitchen was functional except for the busted microwave handle, which is "on order." All 3 large tvs worked well, free Netflix and one room has a desk, where my husband was able to work and make calls in privacy. I especially like that the windows actually open for fresh air. The downside? I think some maintenance of the property has been deferred. I know Covid has hit this industry hard but some of the things we saw look like years in the making: rusty closet doors and tracks, "fuzzy" shower vents, groaning plumbing being the most obvious. There were smaller things like mismatched door handles, broken microwave handle, stains, tired flat couch pillows. Also, they were not the greatest at keeping the pool clean of debris during our stay - I had to ask for someone to do it a couple of times, which they did. I shopped other hotels during our stay, but for the size of the room we got, and the location, Residence Inn was hard to beat and we stayed put for a month. I reported a few of the negatives to the friendly front desk staff upon our exit, and hopefully they can remedy some of those issues. Every staff member we encountered from maintenance to the front desk was lovely and helpful.
