I've been seeing Dr Paskil since 2005 and he has always been knowledgeable and trustworthy. The staff is always changing so I can't comment on the staff since I assume they're nursing students and they move onto other things after a year or two of experience here.

My father cut his finger open and had a pretty deep laceration. We went to this urgent care as they were the only one still open on Sunday night after 5 PM. We checked in online and said it was a 2 hour wait. But, when we went in the front desk staff told us that they were severely understaffed. After assessing the situation, they sent a nurse to look at the cut and the doctor said that she would go ahead and see him before she went to her lunch. Quickly glued up his cut and sent him on his way! Tiffany and Dr. Nguyen were incredible!!

I feel they care more about making money than providing healthcare. If you want to be serious about your health I suggest you find a different medical group. Also you are unable to speak with anyone at the location. They always promise to call back but they rarely do until you remind them.

AVOID this Dr Ario Angha! He was the most condescending and pretentious doctor I've seen. I was experiencing symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, heavy nosebleed, fever, lost voice, swollen cheek, and fatigue that lasted for more than a week and came in to see if it was anything serious. However, Dr Ario dismissed any concerns I had and said that it was just a common cold. He didn't bother to examine me at all. He also made several inconsiderate comments like if he's not concerned then I shouldn't be, asking me to google search what an upper respiratory infection is so that I can be a little more "educated", and sarcastically asking if I had ever been sick before. After that visit, I went to Hoag urgent care and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was prescribed antibiotics. This just shows how careless he was and did not take the time to examine anything or take in consideration the concerns I had regarding my symptoms. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone.

NEVER coming here again. I'd I could give zero stars I would. My boys had eye infections and needed to see a doctor, and I had a sore throat and body aches. The earliest reservation for all of us was 4:50, so we booked it, but went in around 3:00 as walk-ins to see if we could be seen earlier. We checked in, the receptionist took our copayments, told us to wait in the car, and said she'll text us when it was our time. We're sitting in the car--30 minutes go by. My boys are starting to get restless and my younger one is clearly in much discomfort, but I tell them it'll be just a bit longer. I see the few people who were waiting inside come out, so I figure it'll be our turn soon.An hour goes by, and still no text. So I call and ask how much longer the wait will be. The receptionist says she can't say for sure, but maybe about 30 mins.So to kill time, I drive to Daiso and get my kids some candy. We come back and continue waiting until around 4:30 and still no text. So I walk in and ask how much longer. There are no patients in the waiting room--the last one I saw waiting left almost an hour ago--What's the hold up? The receptionist (a different one, because the other probably ended her shift) tells us that there are no rooms available and she's not sure how much longer it will be. I tell her we had a reservation for 4:50 and it is already 4:50, can't we be seen? She says she will text us when something becomes available. At this point, I am LIVID. My son can't open his eyes and I have a pounding headache. If it was going to take this long, OVER 2 HOURS, why in the hell didn't they text me to let me know??I I could have gone to another urgent care. In fact, at that very moment, I was able to book a reservation for HOAG urgent care in the next 30 mins. I was tired of waiting indefinitely, so I made the reservation at HOAG and they immediately texted me and communicated the expected wait time. So I asked the receptionist to refund my copay so I could go to HOAG. They made this seem like a big deal, which was annoying--we hadn't even been seen yet. As they were processing the refund, the RN came out and said they were ready for us. How convenient--right when we were about to leave, now they're ready? No other patient even came out, so how do they magically have a room available? Even though I was pissed, I said okay because we just wanted to be seen by someone. As I walked in, I saw several empty rooms. WTF?! Such BS.The RN and Dr. were kind, and it only took us 10 mins to get our needed diagnoses and prescriptions and be on our way--but that made me feel even more upset because we had to wait over two hours to for something so simple. What I find totally wrong is the lack of communication on the part of the office staff as to how long the wait would be. They didn't seem to give two licks that we had been waiting in our car for over two hours, all feeling ill and miserable. The receptionist joked "the fun of having kids" to me while we were leaving, and I felt that to be highly inappropriate and offensive. I literally left feeling MORE sick because of the stress of waiting so long for such an indefinite period. Memorial Care needs a better system and office staff that respects the time and needs of their patients.Next time, I am going to HOAG urgent care, which has many locations nearby and seems to have a much better reservation system that actually values your time and cares about their patients.

My husband was turning red, short of breath and going into what we now know was anaphylaxis due to an allergy we didn't know he had. In a panic, he drove himself to this urgent care at 8 pm yesterday night, on 7/29, while I stayed home with our baby. The front desk woman told him they were too full to see him and told him he had to go somewhere else. He ended up googling his way to a Hoag urgent care, where they have him a steroid shot, an hour long breathing treatment and prescriptions for prednisone and an epi-pen, which they insisted he fill that night as precaution due to the severity of his allergic reaction. I cannot believe an urgent care would turn away a person who expressed that they thought they were having an allergic reaction, experiencing worsening shortness of breath, and who was totally red in the face, neck and body. As a new mom and wife I am livid that Memorial endangered my husband's life because they were "too busy" to keep his entire throat from closing up. Especially during business hours. If you are open until 9pm but you don't accept patients until 9 pm, you are not open until 9pm. When my husband went to Hoag and he told them the exact same thing, that he ate something and thought if he was having an allergic reaction and he was having trouble breathing--they got him help right away. Because they recognized he was in danger and wanted to help him. MemorialCare is a bad joke.

First let's start with health is an issue you and your doctor should work together on. I see many of these reviews all hurt about how they did not fix their issues immediately. I have been going to see my regular Doctor for years now. Now, not for immediate care but for long term health. Working with my doctors here have helped ME do the best for my health and wellness. They have helped in both prescribing medication but also allowing me to work on homeopathic or self wellness to get better. If you want drive thru care to fix you for anything, that's what the ER is for. Bite the bullet and pay what you have to for this care. Like any place, this can get busy, but I've always found that being nice to the people on the other side of the desk ALWAYS gets me back a nice reaction. I do my best to be on time and make notes of items I want to talk about. As always, YMMV, but remember, these are just people doing their best to help you. I gave this a 4 star as the area could use some updating.

Unfortunately this place has gone way down hill. I asked to speak with my doctor and they were busy so they had to call me back. Someone called but it wasn't my dr. So I had to spend 30 min telling this person and my Covid symptoms even though my dr "knows" already. They recommend I use my chart. And think they like my chart because they can read all your messages and not respond! Because that's what they're doing to me. I'm suffering and can't get any guidance from them. I won't be going back here and i will be changing providers. If you care about yourself, go somewhere where they will take care of you. Because it isn't this place.

This place is a joke, I had an appointment with Dr.Vo and called cause I was running late, they said it was fine when I arrive the Dr which I was seeing name Han Vo wouldn't want to see me even though I explain that I had to take the day off today and arrived 10 minutes late cause I was late. They supposedly have a 15 minute grace period which they do not honor. I like how they still charge my insurance and I for the visit even though I never got to see Dr Vo I don't recommend Dr.Bo to no one because he can be late to see his patients but once I'm late he wants to cancel on me and still bill me I didn't know this dr was money hungry like that

Very bad experience. The environment is s**t, can't imagine some low quality and unclean medical environment in Irvine. My wife scheduled physical exam with Dr. Thu Nguyen, she came in like very sleepy, not responding actively, and only used her stethoscope checked my wife's chest and back total 3 spots. Then, that's it, nothing else. My wife escaped without doing blood test, causing the whole environment looked very dirty. I saw someone gave 5 star, to be honest, good luck to them.

This is the absolute worst treatment I've ever experienced. I walked in with the back of my throat completely closed and white all over...they made me wait 2 hours, came to my car, checked my breathing for a second, and then sent a doctor out FORCING me to get a covid test. Later on did a swap of my throat said I was good to go and hung up on me. I would never ever go to this place !!!!!!! I wouldn't even give this place a star !!!!!!!!

I do not recommend MemorialCare Medical Group as I came here for a routine physical plus labwork. The doctor who I saw recommended that my blood work cover a particular thyroid screening. I specifically asked if this would be covered by my insurance and the doctor assured me that it would. A month later I received a bill for $130.49 for the thyroid screening and $33.67 for a complete CBC which was a complete surprise. I have never been billed for routine blood work before. Trust is a critical component of any doctor/patient relationship. Do not trust what the staff at this Medical Group state as they are not completely honest and do not look out for their patients.

Great experiences at this location. I have been going here for a few years now. I've seen five or six different doctors and had a number of things done. All of them have been great. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. Even their phlebotomist is awesome and efficient -- I won't let anyone else do my blood work besides him. The only thing that happened to me once was that there was some confusion / a miscommunication over my ultrasounds that I wanted to pick up. However, MemorialCare as a company was quick to resolve it and even had their head of nursing (other location) reach out to me personally about it over the phone. It was handled really professionally. Great place overall.
