Amazing shop and very nice shop. The workers were very helpful and whenever I had a question they new exactly what they were talking abt. This is also a very nice shop inside Irvine spectrum! Just a lively store and great selection of clothing! Love Hollister and will continue shopping here forever

Went in to shop. Two girl salesperson past me, neither one smiled or said hello. I left immediately and probably will not return.

I'm a huge fan of the brand anyway - but this store blew me away because of this wonderful sales guy who turned out to be deaf. He assisted me with my sale so incredibly fast, using his mobile phone to communicate and sign language on top. This was a great customer service experience which I haven't had in years and I highly recommend him for an employee Award! And yes, the store is nice, too ?

Spent good one hour getting things on! Many cute stuffs are there and the staffs are pretty supportive and kind! We had a good time getting new out fits here!Recommended!

I was at this store to pick up online orders.One particular order was delivered separately to the store about one week apart, so I was expecting two bags.Employee A was struggling to locate the first bag of the order. Employee B (the incompetent and rude) came over to "help" employee A.Incompetent employee B told me I am all set to go (without the complete order). Because she could not locate the first bag in the system, she told me to call the customer service. I was like... what??I immediately told her I got an email confirmation that all my orders were delivered to the store.In the meantime, Employee A finds the first bag from the back. I was angry and told Incompetent B that she almost sent me back without my order.Incompetent B turns into Rude B and says it is much easier to ship my order to my home.So, it is my fault to ship my order to store???Rude B never apologized.

This is one of my favorite stores. Love the clothe for men that they have. Store look nice and clean. I didn't have any interaction with the staff other than the greeter.

I have receipt and still denied exchange my sweater! Manager Victoria and Amanda said they can make the decision. She said must be exchange in 7 days. However receipt says return policy within 30 days. Sofia didn’t even come and talk. Rude! I am disappointed with this company. And a few days ago worker eating powdery cookies at the register while I was paying. She touched with her dirty hands to scarfs and put back to floor! Disgusting! They are welcome to review thru camera! Read other people reviews talking about same issues. I contacted with the customer service and going to contact with District Manager! They need to hire professional managers to run the place!

I had tags and receipt and they still denied my return and were very rude as I was leaving and they told me to go back to the store I had originally bought from. I never leave reviews but seriously they were rude for no reason.

My daughter bought several clothes online. Some of them are not of suitable size and have been returned within 30 days. They returned her the gift card. My daughter has sent emails to customer service many times, hoping to refund to my credit card .It has not been resolved for two months.

Called the store today to ask if my daughter may exchange a top that she recently purchased and now has a hole after wearing twice.. A male employee answered the phone and said yes no problem. Once there she was told no. I called and spoke with the store manager Liz. Well Liz is rude. My daughter and her two friends were there and saw her laughing while speaking with me. I asked why I was told she could exchange it if she couldn't. She said her employee must not know the store policy and there's nothing she can do since it has been worn. I don't appreciate how rude she was and my daughter won't shopping here again.

I like the style. The store is very nice. The staff is friendly.
