I picked up my crystal orders for my dog that passed recently. Ordering them online was easy! I saved a ton of $ on shipping too since I live nearby. I ordered 2 necklaces, a 2x3 weight, and 1 key chain, all of my beloved dog. They came very nicely! Jenny helped me from start to finish, and it only took 3 days from the time I ordered them online. They look beautiful and nicely packaged! Very satisfied and I highly recommend them. Class act!

I have ordered 3 products (crystals with 3D images of friends/family etched in) from Goodcount and am thoroughly impressed with the quality, timeliness, and customer service. They were very accommodating when I called and asked if 2 of the items could be ready by the upcoming holiday, though of course I would highly recommend submitting your orders well in advance just in case. They are located in Irvine and can ship or have the products ready for pickup at their location when available. You can order on their website and Amazon.com also sells Goodcount products (if you order through Amazon it seems there is no in-store pickup option). After selecting the type/shape/size of crystal, you can select the photo you would like etched into the crystal. I requested to have the images in the crystals to be 3D etched, which added a custom feel at an added cost. They made for perfect gifts: sentimental, classy, and unique. I know I will be ordering their products in the future and would recommend to any friends or family members who are in need of a gift idea or would simply like to memorialize and cherish a moment in time.

Very reasonable priced local crystal engraver. They did 3 inch cube for me with 3D Etching, I paid half the price of what I paid in gift shop of Las Vegas hotel and they shipped to me in 3 days. impressive speed.

Ship very fast - I called and ordered on Monday and received on Friday without spending rush fee, just as promised. The 3D headshots turned out exactly what I wanted too, what's more, they combined the images of my parents' wedding pictures and 50th anniversary pictures, looks great! Will order again :)
