I worked here. If employees were honest about work experience then they would have had a better experience working here. Often employers are lied too to get a job, mobile grooming is better paying than salons. But it comes with a lot more expertise. You have to have a lot of knowledge to be grooming solo. Ed does a wonderful job with educating he's employees. They have weekly business meetings with each individual groomer. If I ever move back to so cal this is the first place I'm applying.

I worked there for about a year....the place is just a group of good people trying to keep your pets looking their best. As for the mixed reviews; you can't please everyone all the time and we all know how crazy people can get when it comes to their pets. Nobody ever chooses to pay somebody else to wash Fido because it's super easy.

I had a very good experience with the service. I had a last-minute emergency with my dog. My dog needed an immediate bath and cut down. I made a same day appointment, and the groomer came out with 3 hours. The groomer did a good job getting my dog cleaned up and cut down.

Absolutely horrendous experience at this dog grooming company. Not only did they manage to CUT my poor dog's tongue while grooming him, but they had the audacity to charge me for their incompetence. I urge everyone to steer clear of this place unless you want your beloved pet to suffer and your wallet to be emptied. Save yourself the anguish and find a reputable grooming service elsewhere. This place is an absolute nightmare. My poor dog, left blood all over the place and couldn't eat for 2 days.

This company is a scam!!! this company don't deserved a star at all!!! first they screwed up my appointment, supposedly Saturday November 18, 2023 and i was waiting for 1 hr and i called them saying my appointment on Friday November 24 for Bath, nail trim and anal gland .The guy came to do the service his telling me all my dog scheduled for spa only, that they are charging me for $107.79 just for a spa? i said my dog schedule for more than a spa! and the guy starting to give prices for bath that's another $20.00 and nail trim is another extra pay and the anal gland. they only schedule for basic even you ask for more service but once they come to your house after you paid online that they don't accept cash payment that i never pay before the service... that's they scam you to pay first then they will talk about more service that your credit card they will charge it more and they did.. i canceled the service and they charging my credit card for $137. 79. that's totally a scam charging me all that money after i canceled the service. people don't get fooled by this company "FRITZY'S PET CARE PROS" they took my money their a thief!!! they better return my money back on my card!!! now THE COMPANY ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES !!! so people don't let this company fooled you like they did to me or to other customers... if they said they don't work for free WHAT ABOUT US PEOPLE WE DONT PICK MONEY FROM THE TREES WE WORK FOR IT!!! $137.79 i didn't authorized it and they charge my credit card their saying their not a scam more clear their FRAUD charging my credit card without my authorization!!! PEOPLE READ ALL REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY it didn't just happened to me same mistakes they did to me and to other customers, but really that's just their excuses to all customers... they admit their mistakes so they need to return my money back...

If I could give a zero, I would! My fur baby had a 1115am. appt. today, and no one showed up or even had the common decency to call until 2 hours later! Then, I was advised that they would arrive at 5 pm today. I just got a phone call at 345pm today stating that now they can't come to Tuesday evening. I'm an Army veteran. Do not trust this company with your fur babies! Too much lying to customers! Ya, have a blessed day!

The worst mobile pet service ever! The guy who came to bathe our dog did a horrible job. He said he was a people hair stylists. It showed because our dog was wet, cranky, and shedding even more than before he was groomed. My husband and I were disappointed. Our dog was screaming and whining the whole time he was in the truck while the groomer reprimanded him. My husband and I both went out to see what was going on and the groomer shooed us away. I would never recommend this place to anyone with a pet.

never ever use this service !!! a groomer cut off all of a clients loved pet cats whiskers!!!! all of them and drugged the cat it seems too ! her beloved cat passed away a short time later !!! disgusting !!! the groomer did not listen to client and did what she asked him not to do as well !! please please please do not use this business and their services!!! this is infuriating!!!

My cat still smells wonderful from the flea bath she had! Also had her nails trimmed. Most importantly, the groomer was kind and friendly, did a great job!

Almost went with a different groomer after reading some reviews but then noticed it's pretty common for pet groomers to get chided by unreasonable pet owners, I guess people are just really passionate about their animals. Anyways so I went with this place and I'm glad I did. I could tell they really cared about making both me and Polly happy. Polly's still a puppy and kind of going through a biting phase, and the groomer, Tony (I think) was able to recommend some solutions that sound like they'd really help.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I am very unhappy with my experience. Had scheduled an appointment for 12:45, technician contacted me to state they would be late (which I understand, traffic can be brutal). Technician did not arrive until 2:20. When he arrived, he stated he was here to do a nail trim for which I had prepaid and was $91! I was under the impression that this would include a standard bath. When I called to cancel, they stated they would charge a cancellation fee. This place is a rip-off, I would not recommend.

I booked my 2 cats for a lion cut via the mobile grooming. My groomer did not show up. Did not call. When I called in, the person (scheduler) that answered said they would call my groomer. The groomer never answered. And the scheduler never returned my first call, as promised. I had to call again. I was offered to reschedule. I passed. No trust when not even a call from the groomer that they were not intending to keep my cat's appointments. Disappointing. Not professional. I was not willing to trust them with my cats.Linda N

We have hired this service in 3 times for our three dogs. The last time in April 2023 they groomed all three dogs. Our oldest dog Phoenix (15 years of age Healthy Husky) when the groomer was with Phoenix it seemed to be taking longer then usually. I decided to check in with the groomer after we heard this big yell out of Phoenix.She said he didn't yell. ( both my husband and I heard it).She had just finished bathing him. When drying him she used a black cloth mask so he wouldn't bit her when the blower noise started. It was taking longer than usual. I went out to check on Phoenix, she said just about 10 more minutes. It had already been over an hour I noticed the black mask was mash smaller than the one she usually used. ( I have pictures of both at different visits.I noticed the mask was smaller and his tongue was purple hanging out of his mouth.I asked to have the mask removed and let him out of the truck. It was not air conditioned that day.Phoenix feel to the ground when he came down of the truck. He seemed to be overheated. I walked him when he could get up through the garage into to our kitchen area and he fell again. I let him rest than walked him out back where he feel again. He seemed so weak. We gave him ice water, coconut water, ice chips and called the vet, by then it was after hours. We called YL Animal Hospital. They were backed up for over an hour. They instructed us to cool him off. We learned the mask she had on Phoenix for over 1.15 min was to small from the marks on his nose. It is to be taken off every 10 minutes for 15 and than placed back on again. After a few hours Phoenix seem to be doing better. YL called checked in on him. He walked over to potty and than would lay back down. His breathing wasn't as labored as before. We sat with him for 5 hours until midnight. He seemed better. Phoenix had anxiety from living in a shelter when we rescued him 12 years prior. That morning at 5:30 when I checked on him he had passed. He never recovered from the visit ( heat stroke). Maverick ( our other Husky Phoenix's younger brother) still looks for him every morning and night around the pool area where he passed. I spoke to the owner Ed Sanders on two different occasions. He promised to call back after he spoke with his board of directors. I called again because I didn't hear back. He told me the police had been with him all day they had a missing person (employee). That the guys wife was FBI. After he told me that story for 40 minutes. He than promised he would speak with the board and get back to me. I found out there is no board he is the only owner. He never called back. Ed admitted it was a training issue.I have read the reviews online under his company. It true the dogs never seem clean after their groomings. I was going to find another mobile groomer with better reviews before this happened to Phoenix.I still have never heard back from Mr. Ed Sanders he would not take my phone calls. Phoenix was a wonderful dog. Never sick a day in his life with us.I asked for my money back when I left a message for Mr. Sanders on his vmail. It was my 9th call, I was so upset. The owner Ed Sanders is a terrible person in my eyes to treat a client so unprofessional.

Listen! I know mobile pet growing can be expensive... But a $135 is an absolute rip off!!! The man from the groomers was very nice and seemed knowledgeable it took him an hour and a 1/2 to groom my 4 month old sheep doodle... He trimmed her feet cut her facial hair back so we could see her eyes And of course bathed her but nothing is worth the amount of money I paid for her to get dirty the very next 2 days a $132 down the drain... I've called another groomer a week after that she came out in her mobile unit and only charged me $85 did a much nicer job. And the worst part of fritzy's was that they you pay ahead of time so they can lock you in Because you've already paid! Do research people there's better people out there who can grim your dog for less than what I paid
