They're definitely knowledagable about mechanical issues, but not so good with customer service and not great with keeping it professional. I've brought my car here many times because I admired they were honest about the issues my car was facing and the cost it would have, but many times, even after scheduling an appointment with them, I would get pushed out of the queue and my car would stay and extra day or so. On top of that, the diagnosis came to my phone informally with a hunch of what the issue is and often times I would get more than I needed to hear without the mechanic having checked the issue. So I would hear the inflated problems and then inflated solutions and it left me wondering if my car would be safe to use or is unfixable. Sadly, my car broke down one day and I had it towed over there. It took so long just to get a diagnosis and even before that, they told me the repair would cost as much as the car itself. Being carless in socal with a infant is not easy, especially when I need to work, so I was sad about my car not being "fixable" without even a diagnosis. Eventually (after a full week) the mechanic got around to do a proper diagnosis and found that my pump had run out of gas and damaged the related parts. The replacement was about $1k and my car is running smoothly. Sadly I had already moved on to a used car in this terrible market based off this shop's suggestion. Also my car interior smelled like gasoline. They gave me a loyal customer discount, but I definitely didn't feel any treatment as to a loyal client. Most of the time, I often felt pushed out of their business schedule and I had to call in order to get status updates on my repairs because they failed to call back at the promised time. Thanks for taking care of my car repairs, but I do not think I will come back.

I went to Greensky to get a repair after a minor collision. Sky, I assume the owner, made the process a breeze. He was very upfront with costs and timing. He was also very friendly and approachable about any questions I had. I checked other body shops around, and Greensky had one of the lowest prices. If my car ever gets damaged again, I'll definitely be coming back to Greensky.

Greensky helped me so much with my car problem! They are very honest, kind, respectful, and want to help you. There was a problem with my steering wheel because it kept clicking. At first we thought we had to replace a rare and expensive part, but Greensky took apart that part of my car and found that it was only one tiny piece that was the problem! It really cut down the costs and I was so relieved! They had my car fixed pretty fast. They really want to find the core problem and fix it to help you! Greensky will be my go to for any car problems now! Thank you guys so much!

Has very fair prices, components of pricing are very clear, and the guy at the front is really friendly and knowledgeable about repairs. I recommend this place to everyone, their work is thorough and they're very much on the side of customers to deliver the best service they can for the lowest prices. Tldr: Great service for the best prices!

Excellent body repair shop. Staff was professional, thorough and made a difficult situation pleasant. Competitively priced and completed the repair ahead of schedule, which was estimated reasonably. Rental car partner was another plus.

Fantastic service at an affordable price point! After having our car rear-ended while it was parked at the beach, we needed to quickly fix the damage from the hit and run. The team at Greensky was professional, quick to respond, and able to help us out in a timely manner. The team explained in detail the process and repairs, laying out the pricing ahead of time. We unfortunately had to pay out of pocket for the repairs, due to a budget insurance policy [insert lecture here]. While other top-reviewed auto body shops were inflexible, Greenksy worked with us to get the best repairs possible at the lowest price. The car looks as good as new, and we paid less than half of what we were quoted by other auto body shops in the area (see before and after pics). I definitely recommend Greensky and am extremely satisfied with how our car turned out!

Their phone works but they refuse to answer it. Extremely difficult to get a hold of. Not sure how they run business but must be a completely different playbook than I'm used to.

I was going to take my car in for body work on my BMW, but the owner's extremely rude son prevented me from going there. The guy has a serious attitude. There are so many shops out there and this guy wants to act like a little child. I hope his dad is aware.

I have never felt more comfortable in a car-related business than I did at Greensky Auto Collision. Bright, clean and friendly environment with some of the nicest people I've ever had work on my car. They were careful to thoroughly explain everything that they were going to do to my car and how much it would cost, and they gave me a discount since I was paying out-of-pocket. The work was absolutely beautiful, my car looks brand new after receiving a new bumper, grill, and headlights. The paint is blended perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Great Service! Called to make an appointment to add some Running Boards installed on my truck. They were very accommodating adding after market parts for my Tacoma. Once I arrived it was very welcoming and friendly environment with great prices! Would recommended anyone to check Greensky for any automotive need!

Stumbled upon this place after looking at quotes at a few different body shops and immediately knew this was the one. Sky was extremely kind from the start and always had our best interest in mind. He was honest, informative, and helpful in making the best decision for my vehicle and even went out of his way to give me advice on insurance. Sky's team finished repairing my car sooner than expected and did a terrific job, not leaving a trace of the damage behind. I am extremely happy with the quality of service I received. P.S: 10000000000000/10 customer service!!!!!

I went hear to get some scratches and scuffs taken out from my friend's van. Sky was super awesome and helpful. I was blown away by the quality of the work! See the before and after images for yourself! And it only cost me about $60.

Long story short: You will not find any place better than Greensky in OC. I will definitely go back and will happily recommend all my friends and family. The passenger side of my vehicle was hit by another car in a parking lot and became extremely scratched and dented. I noticed right after I parked in my garage (since it was dark at 7PM). The car was leased and had to be returned by the end of this month. I was originally looking to pay out of pocket, because I didn't want my premium to rise and I didn't understand my insurance benefits very well. However, the owner, Sky, patiently explained every single piece of my collision coverage policy with me (what it means, what it covers, what out of pocket vs. through insurance cost would be, etc.) and helped me to determine that going through insurance would be more beneficial. He was absolutely right! After I opened the claim with my insurance, he took care of everything else, including the inspection with my insurance company. This repair was THE MOST stress-free process that I have ever completed. Sky even made some recommendations for my new insurance policy that will maximize my benefits and ensure that I will save a lot of money in the long run. Prior to Greensky, I had received quotes from a few other body shops in the area. As a girl, they made me feel that I wouldn't know the difference between buffing a scratch or repairing a dented door. They rushed through the explanation and were dismissive of my questions. Unlike them, Sky was not condescending or belittling. He didn't make me feel stupid for having questions or not understanding how certain repairs work. During the initial consult, he got me an estimate of the total costs to repair. After, he took me outside to my car and showed me every single part that had to be removed, painted, or replaced that corresponded to the estimate. He patiently explained what to look for, what the differences were, and the alternatives that would decrease/ increase the price (respective to the quality of the repair, since he knew it was a lease). A few days after I dropped my car off, he sent me some photos and called me to let me know that there were some scratches on the bumper. Sky knew that the lease would be returned and wanted to see if I was aware of them. I knew that there were some scratches, but I wasn't aware of the extent of the scratches until he showed me them from a different angle. He gave me a very fair (and accurate) estimate over the phone. I'm extremely appreciative that he let me know and offered to repair those as well! It would have cost me a fortune at the dealership otherwise. My car was fixed in ~2 weeks and looked brand new. Sky also showed me some tire rim scratches that might get charged during the vehicle inspection and provided estimates of how much they usually charge. Since they're a brand specific rim, he explained that paying those fees would be cheaper than doing the repairs through him (again, after returning the lease, it's accurate and true). Sky also provided a complimentary service by removing some other scratches on my car. It was extremely kind of him to ensure that I am aware of everything and would not get blindsided later. I'm also extremely grateful that throughout the entire process, he never tried to "up-charge" or "up-sell" me; he was invested in providing fantastic service and being of genuine help. Sky even sanitized my car keys for me when he returned them :) Overall: - Fantastic customer service; Sky really goes above and beyond to make sure he's thorough, communicative, and helpful - The building is extremely clean (everything is sanitized regularly & it doesn't smell like most auto body shops do) - Very fair/ some of the best prices in Orange County (NO "up-charging"/ "over-selling" repairs that are not necessary) - Repairs are amazing quality

I didn't ultimately choose them and used my insurance preferred shop. However, the estimate process was fantastic and their prices are fair (after gathering several estimates)
