Our reservation was at the hotel, which has an Enterprise office. When we got there, the office was closed. We called, and Enterprise told us to go back to the airport to get the car, where we had just come from. We walked back and that office was closed too, with a sign saying we had to walk across the street to yet another location. There was never any apology or anything. They just didn't care.

I use enterprise a lot for my job and this Enterprise is usually my go to location. They do everything they can within reason to get me in the right vehicle for whatever the occasion. Be it trucks, fuel economical cars or luxury or vans. Byron and Karim takes care of business the right way for a quasi commercial renter like me.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this Enterprise location! I booked my reservation using the phone app, and checked in for my car right after i picked up my luggage at baggage claim! The booth is literally next to baggage clain @ the John Wayne airport! After they checked my ID & credit card, they directed me to go outside, down an elevator, then picked up my car in the lower level garage! It took me less than 10 min to get my car! Although i reserved a premium SUV, they were currently out, due to a late return, but offered me a free upgrade for a minivan, which was available right away. Loved the complimentary water bottles, too! Upon my return, i accidentally left my computer in the van, and didn't remember until 45 min before my plane boarded! So, i ran down to the kiosk and Morgan, who was soooo helpful & a lifesaver was able to call/text/email her staff to locate my lost laptop! Another staff member drove from their cleaning facility to the airport just to return my item back to me so i wouldn't miss my flight!!!! Great service & teamwork!!!

Asked for a car, got an intermediate SUV. Take it or leave it on a Friday night. Vehicle was dirty inside and out. Brought back 23 hours early and they wouldn’t credit anything. Stick with the JWA location ... they’re much more accommodating and much better prices. It’s too bad bcz I normally like to support small business, but not when they’re gouging you.

We returned the rental car here and the gate wasn't working. Staff told us where to park and where to put the keys. Two weeks later, i am being chased down by collections for a 4 figure towing and storage bill. I would avoid this location.

Had to bring the car back to exchange because service was due...which seemed weird to me? But when returning a dent was found and the store would not give me another car unless I paid them “the rental store” my insurance deductible! So I was an hour from home and no ride back! How they think this is acceptable don’t know. Spoke to insurance and was told DO NOT pay them it was not up to them to collect their deductible! Never would recommend this store or Enterprise now!

Beware - this specific rental shop rips you off. I returned a car that they claimed had damage. They charged me $500. I would be happy to pay for this if they could show me proof that they repair so I could submit it to my credit card for reimbursement. They closed my claim without providing any proof that would enable me to get reimbursed from my credit. I repeatedly tried to get a hold of them and of course there is no way. Enterprise corporate told me that they should reimburse me, but corporate told me that they had no way to do it, so I am now stuck with a $500 charge, no way to get it off and no way to get reimbursed. It is completely fraudulent and I will be taking further action.

I hit a pothole and popped my front passenger tire. I swapped to the spare and went to the Huntington Beach location where Manny changed out my vehicle. I was being overcharged for the shortage of gas on the first vehicle but Lucy and Michael waived those fees as well as discount my entire package for the inconvenience of my situation.

If I could give this a 0 star I surely would. Firstly, don't be smug in spite of people not fully understanding your elaborate policies designed to enhance your bottom line at the expense of ours. And second, the demeanor of which you treat all customers couldn't be made worse... if you were to curse out all of your customers we would still feel as equally worthless to you. I would advice any other rental company but this one!
