Terrible service. I ordered the birthday box with flowers 2 weeks before the delivery date. Friend never got any flowers. Store didn’t contact me beforehand. I had to call customer service who told me the store didn’t have flowers. Store didn’t even reach out offering refund or apology. Very disappointed, unreliable store.

Fantastic service from Ms. Mabell, who went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful and fresh Edible Arrangement to our loved ones. She was so considerate, kind and understanding- making sure the delivery was made right on time. Supremely recommended! :)

Great interior! Perfectly fit for a flower shop place. All of the flowers that I was looking for were all intact to this place. I am deeply impressed by how they handled their flowers correctly with no flaws at all. Everything went very well with this flower shop. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! They deserve great ratings.

I went to this place to buy some flowers for my mom. I got fascinated by the flowers that they had. They were all beautiful and stunning. I feel like I’m in a flower garden when I went there shop. The florist of this shop gave me some idea about what kind of flowers I would give to my mom. I love how she arranged the flowers. It was so beautiful and classy. I will surely visit this shop again.

mira and mike made my special same day delivery possible! i am from toronto canada and was able to coordinate an order all the way in california with an anniversary edible arrangement and a small gift. i am very happy and appreciative of their help and urge anyone to call in and keep in touch with the process of their order if they want to make an arrangement. i will be more than happy to order from them again. mira was very helpful and mike was kind and able to call me and keep in touch for a surprise delivery.many of the other edible arrangement locations in the area did not offer or provide the same level of customer service so i highly recommend using this location.great staff!thanks again

Absolutely worst . will never order agian from them. ordered 100$ stuff for mothers day, and they only brought 50$ of it, the rest they ate. Will file a claim with Paypal, never picked up their phone, tried multiple times

All delivery directions were given at the time of the order confirmation, includes time for delivery and contact number for delivery. Delivery were not made and neither was the correct contact was made. And this is for my Mother's day order. Thanx for a ruining it.

LOL! I should've read the reviews prior to selecting this store to fulfill and deliver an order... I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Mothers Day. I received a call from the delivery driver at 4PM asking what time I wanted delivery, so I chose 6PM. She seemed very polite on the phone and confirmed that my arrangement would be delivered as discussed. I received a phone call from my mother at 7:45PM asking me if she can leave her home to run some errands (because she was waiting since 5:45PM for the delivery). I called the store and the store closed at 7PM but to my surprise, someone answered. The associate on the phone was, understandably, in a rush to leave the store but I was able to get the name of the manager from him... Rafael. I will be calling him tomorrow to discuss where his company dropped the ball. I was under the impression, as with ALL other delivery services, that I pay money for a product/service and the company delivers on the agreed upon expectations. This company did not. I did not even receive a phone call from anybody after the initial call from the delivery driver. I could have had my mother pick it up at the store... Very disappointed in the service this company did not provide. As one other reviewer said, "you had one job"...
