My mom was at this CVS who's been going there for 6 years to buy stuff and get her prescriptions and on Thursday she had a terrible experience with the MANAGER, STEPHEN. My mom asked about a discount that was listed on the tag of an item, and Stephen was super rude, saying there's no discount and to go somewhere else if you want a discount. As my mom started to leave, he yelled at her to put the item back and leave, calling her crazy in front of everyone, just because she left the item at the register with him instead of putting it back. The other customers looked shocked that he would say such a thing. It was so embarrassing and uncalled for. Even when my mom was leaving, he continued to be disrespectful and others in the store had to tell him to relax. And when my mom said she would let her sons know and leave a review, he sarcastically responded, "Go ahead, go tell your sons." I can’t believe they have someone like him running the store. CVS really needs to train their managers better on how to treat customers with respect.

In the past the store manager Nadine said to call her 1st before posting a negative review online. But after coming to the pharmacy to pu my Rx that hadn't been filled, I realize this CVS needs a live negative review. I only wish I'd gotten an employee name to add. This Rx was supposed to be ready the DAY AFTER I came here 5 days ago. But it wasn't, and store staff ignored the order to fill, and made me wait 20 minutes in store when I returned to pick it up 5 days later. It us the usual for ORDERS to be ready BEFORE you arrive. I question if this is done deliberately to some patients. So I gave the pharmacy staff a LECTURE. And I'm posting this review tonight. I spent my career in the medical field, working in some 60-70 hospitals, and starting and operating my own medical Co for 10 years. I think CVS has a lot to learn about HEALTH CARE, about managing & training staff, and QUALITY ASSURANCE in pharmacy services. I would argue it's also a wider problem in U.S. companies today resulting from a lack of LEADERSHIP. Too many organizations today are more focused on "fringe" issues.

I visited CVS pharmacy on Alton a couple of days ago. The pharmacy manager Nadine was very rude and disrespectful to me and other patients. She looked very stressed and miserable. It was like she was trying to take her anger and frustration on patients. She needs to be replaced ASAP. She is incompetent to work at pharmacy and deal with people's prescription when she is clearly unable to control herself!

This was my first visit to this location cause they are open 24/7 , I went around 1130 PM and the staff the cashier were so nice and amazing , all I needed to see after hearing some bad news in the ER . I guess who helped me a young guy his names starts with letter P.Best service ever unlike your location in Harvard Ave Irvine .

On January 15th, at around 10 PM, I visited this store with the intention of redeeming some coupons. However, I encountered difficulties in the process, and just as I was on the verge of giving up, a customer service representative named Sodaba approached me. She not only asked if I needed assistance but went above and beyond to help.Sodaba made multiple attempts to redeem the coupons, and when those efforts proved unsuccessful, she took the initiative to guide me to her register. With her expertise and dedication, she successfully redeemed the coupon. While the coupon itself may not have been of utmost importance to me, the exceptional amount of time and effort that Sodaba invested in resolving the issue truly impressed me.After reviewing my receipt, I noticed her name—Sodaba—and I felt compelled to commend her outstanding customer service. I want CVS to be aware that Sodaba is doing an amazing job, and her commitment to providing exceptional service deserves recognition.

There are so many tags you cannot really see the items on the shelves.They are open late which is great. And even if you go late, there seems to be a low probability of being robbed in the parking lot.

Ok, I only had a couple of small purchases. When I went to check out the self checkstand was a bit glitched, but Keiko ran over from Cosmetics so fast I hardly knew there was a problem. She ran me through my checkout quickly and professionately. Plus, she has enough cheery personality for 3 other people! I always have a good experience at this CVS, but Keiko made today even better.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. We got told 3 different answers about a baby nebulizer and had been waiting for two full days for a clear answer. First we were told, they dont carry them at that location but could transfer to another CVS, then we were told it would arrive at this CVS the next day, when we called the next day, we were told we had to call a medical supplies place. When a baby is sick and needs a nebulizer, it is urgent. Staff needs to be aware of what they do and dont have so parents are not stressed out waiting days for nothing.

A very bad experience with the pharmacist. We arrived at the pharmacy at 2.18 am From the emergency hospital to pick up my medication the doctor send it to this pharmacyHe had a patient, and we were behind him. He closed the fence in our faces. When I tried to speak, he answered in a rude way that it was his lunch time??? It's 2 am and we were told to come back in 30 minutes!!!! A patient asks for treatment, if we do not need it, we do not come to the pharmacy at this time, we do not come for a walk or for a purpose that is not necessary!!!! How does the pharmacy open for emergencies at night and close for lunch, according to his statement??? I ask the pharmacy officials to hold this pharmacist accountable. You can review the cameras on this dayPatient coming from the ER and ask him to wait until get his lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor service, it takes me sooooooo long time for waiting. And it is ridiculous that I waited in line for three times. It takes more than forty minutes to get the medicine. I have an appointment at 10 am. It wasted so much time.
