Back in 2017-2020, the collection was really good and loved shopping here. Now the stuff the staff are buying is junk. They stick to “on trend” things, the place is full of clothes no one wants to buy

If you go on a weekday, my selling experience was positive. I spent max 25 minutes there. You can check in online. The girl that worked there was very nice. Since it was my first time selling, she did mention that they do not accept fast fashion brands. It seems they like name brands and vintage items. I sold them mostly vintage levis and other vintage items. The pay is not that great but I expected that since they have to run a business.

I did not have a great experience selling here. I brought in 2 bags full of brand name clothes, such as Hollister and a few clothes from Tilly's. After waiting for an hour and a half, the worker with the dyed hair told me she couldn't take anything because it was out of style and fast fashion. I left feeling upset because I thought they would take at least 1 item, and I also wasted time waiting in line. I'm super confused as well because the racks don't have good selections.

Went here to sell. Followed their selling guide pretty well I thought, except they don't state anywhere on their website they don't take fast fashion brands? The person I sold to said they don't take "target, forever 21.." and the like, even though I saw multiple Zara, target brand, H&M branded items. I also had so many vintage items from the 90s that would've fit the style of their store. It's a shame, because they're missing out on some good items that I just don't fit anymore! He didn't take a single item. Came with 4 huge garbage sized bags. Also only took him 30 minutes to go through the entire thing, which makes me feel like he didn't go through as thoroughly as it seemed. Wouldn't waste your time coming here to sell, maybe if you only have a couple items that are "not fast fashion" branded and can wait at least an hour to sell.

Would not recommend if you come here to sell clothing. I bought in 1 bag full of high quality items (Banana Republic, Iet Frans clothing, etc.) that I was hesitant to bring to the thrift store as it was expensive stuff. A lot of the stuff also had tags on still and had been unworn. Long story short, they took none of it.

Minimum wage in CA is 15.50. I just wasted an hour of my life to be told that out of 3 bags of items (in excellent condition) they would only accept 2 items for $11.70. Don't sell here. Go on depop or Poshmark instead. I think I spent more on gas than I earned out of this transaction. (Semi-related: many items for sale in the store are poor quality and stained. But my clean clothes are unacceptable and only worth $5 each. Again, don't sell here.)

The experience was unorganized and time consuming. I waited for over an hour and although I had followed their trend card and brought items to match, the outcome wasn't what I was expecting. The seller was very polite and professional and this is a reflection of my selling experience, not the store or its staff. I had hoped to contribute to the sustainable clothing exchange while also making a few bucks but this experience helped me realize, the few dollars I earned wasn't worth the output of time and energy on my part. I can contribute the same way by donating these items.

My bf and I stopped in for some last minute festival fits and this location did not disappoint. My boyfriend bought 85% of the items he tried on, most with tags still. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

I generally have a great experience selling at this location. They usually buy 3-5 out of the 10 items I bring almost every single time so I have no complaints selling. However, I really have a gripe with how Crossroads, and not just exclusive to this location, tags their shoes. I've seen so many shoes get ruined because they tag their shoes right through the fabric of the shoe. I've talked to Crossroads managers before and they said their staff is trained to tag them in places that leave the shoe unmarked. If this is the case, why do I see so many shoes tagged like the image I've attached? I've seen tags that go straight through the leather of Doc Martens which will now leave an unfixable, permanent hole in the shoe. I ask that Crossroads workers please pay more attention to how they tag their shoes, and just all their items in general. Or maybe have a different solution for tagging shoes, like perhaps using a sticker. It pains me every time seeing a nice, designer piece now become flawed because of how they tag their items.

The staff is very nice and helpful but they are picky when buying items and they don't have that many choices to sell.

Very niche -definitely for the middle-high end. Nothing beyond XL. I went in with nice clothes for consideration for sale, fortunately had minimal wait, however was told excellent condition however "Chico's" doesn't resell well there. Chico's are not Wal-Mart or Target. Fortunately I had cleaned out my closet and was passing through on my way back from a doctors appointment & had the bag in my car and stopped by on my way to meet some friends. I was willing to stop in and see. I have found that it really depends on what area you're in and who is checking your clothes.

I wanted to purchase some clothes for work. I also wanted to be mindful of not purchasing fast fashion and focusing on sustainability. I decided to give this location a try! They did have a great selection of blazers for me to choose. I ended up getting three blazers and a pair of slides for less than $100. I thought that was a steal! I definitely would come back and shop here. I will say that the team here does it approach you to see if you need any assistance. It's kind of a hands-off experience and you get to kind of explore the store on your own. The associate who was in the fitting room was really helpful! She gave me some good tips on how I can dress up and down my blazers. #ThankYouThursday
