April 2022:For returns, make sure that you have the "tax invoice" (W000+8more digits) which can be obtained by calling the customer support reps. The website's return policy procedure at stores show to bring the item to be returned and the card that was used. Unfortunately, these were not sufficient based on experience. Upon calling customer support representative, Adison stated that when an item is returned, it can only be in a form of a "store credit". Store credit would be in a form of a "card" that can be used anytime at any cotton on stores. This statement contradicts with the the lady with black hair & who wore glasses at this Irvine store. She mentioned that it would either be an exchange or return and that the credits would have to be used immediately in the store.The Irvine lady mentioned that there is no "card" that would have the amount of the store credit that can be used anytime at any cotton on stores. It would have been convenient for the customers if the system allowed the employees at the store to access the "tax invoice" when an order # and all details of the order have been shown by the customer. The tax invoice was given by Adison (customer support) upon acquiring the order# from me. I went to another location for the return since it had better customer service and knowlege on returns.Upper management needs to retrain the Irvine personnels for efficient and courteous customer service. Cotton on website ought to be specific and more detailed on its return policy to avoid confusion among its customers. Hopefully the system will be improved.Thanks!

Love there clothes , from there adult wear to the kids attire . Store is always clean and neat and staff readily available to help. There app is awesome as each purchase helps with 5.00 dollar rewards per purchase.

My wife introduced me to Cotton on and her clothes are really cool. I think it's mainly for women but I would be open to wearing this if they made men's clothes. Not too crowded when we went and looked like to have a very large selection of things to buy. Definitely check it out if you're looking for sweaters or hoodies or anything really comfortable

Customer service at this location is zero. I had to seek out an employee for help with finding a size even though we were the only customers there and they were like four employees . No one even acknowledged us. As I was sifting through a rack trying to find a size I looked up and made eye contact with an employee who promptly looked away.I realized that my phone was dead while I was there and I knew my husband was probably looking for me. I asked the employee who was wearing a blue tank top under a striped button-down shirt ( she may have been a manager) if there was a charger in the store that I could plug my phone in. Her reply was I could go purchase one at target. What a strange thing to say, I obviously know target sells chargers. After that I shopped a store a couple stores from them and they were happy to charge my phone long enough for it turn on.They did have cute stuff at a great deal which is why it’s two stars . I would have bought more if I had a better experience.

Always there is a hug and big line and only one cashier by the cash register! The other staffs even the managers and whoever is in charge, just walk and look at the line!Hope they understand that can help costumers faster and do not wast time!I won't back here definitely just because of the staffs! I love Cotton but not this location!

What an unreal experience shopping here. I have been a long time cotton on customer and came across this girl who calls herself a manager. She set quite the example for her employee who continued to mistreat me.I was doing a return and a purchase. Had a tag on one item and not the other. Was dissatisfied with the material quality of one of the items and showed her the manager the receipt. She said no exceptions even for the unworn item and refused to return or exchange for the same item. She did this with an attitude and I asked to speak to manager where she said I am that. I asked for the number to corporate she said Google it. Then her employee came to assist me in the rest of the return because the manager walked away and she treated me like a nuisance. She threw the receipt at me and I asked her why she did that then she denied doing it and shunned me off. I asked for their names and they denied to give me just their first names. It was quite unreal. I was there with my daughter ready to buy more items. I’ve never been treated like this ANYWHERE. I will never be coming back to this location as long as these two are here. Here’s the manager and her employee for reference.

Good selection of colors and sizes for loungewear and swim trunks. The only thing is they don't have mirrors and the dressing rooms are closed. But the return policy is easy and fast.
