I cam to concentra urgent care I in sharp pain due work injury on my right hand .a X ray was done results said it was ok by a nurse. knowing I was in very sharp pain , no Pills or nothing was given left empty handed . Knowing I was there 3 hrs . No point in coming here for a treatment or getting services . Is better u go to a family provider or a hospital to get your self treated in a professional way .

Excellent experience from start to finish. From walking in staff was extreme friendly and facility very clean. Nurse was very professional and conducted all test perfectly. Smoothest blood draw I have ever had. I highly recommend this location they care about your time and treat you so kindly. I will be returning every year for my physical at this location. Great job to all the staff!

The vaccine process was under 10 minutes that's a plus, the staff was friendly, The Doctor had great bedside manners, definitely recommend this Medical Group.

The site had not contacted with lab about how many blood tubes they need for my test, that caused to ask me to come again for more bloodwork, unfortunately they did not make any apologies or even clear explanation.

So I called before I came asked if there was going to be a wait they said no wait at all. I get there and 30 min wait with nobody there. The people that work there are coughing no mask on yet They have a big sign wear a mask if you have any kind of symptoms. So I work remote and I snuck away. I was just going in for a drug test and that’s it. I waited almost half an hour before I decided to get out of there before I get sick. I would not recommend this place

The staff was very friendly. The doctor was wonderful. Very hospitable. Great bedside manners. Talked me through the whole EMG testing/process as it was happening. That definitely made all the difference as it put me at ease. I cannot say enough good things about him. Facility was very nice. Clean. Welcoming. Overall experience was 100%

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The only reason I didn't give them a 5, is because I waited approximately an hour and 10 minutes after I signed in. I understand you have to wait, but that long?

I recently visited Concentra Urgent Care with my grandpa, hoping for a quick and easy experience, but it was anything but. The moment we walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. She barely looked up, and when she did, it was just to snap at us. There was no reason for her attitude; we were polite, but she just kept brushing us off and talking down to us like we were a bother.
We were already stressed and worried about getting my grandpa the care he needed, and her unprofessionalism just made everything worse. If you’re looking for compassion or even basic respect, don’t bother coming here. I’d rather drive miles out of my way than deal with this kind of treatment again. Concentra needs to train their staff on how to be decent human beings, or better yet, hire people who actually care about patients.

Great service, very quick and friendly, Pao was an absolute joy to work with there! She was also quite funny and made the whole visit lively. 10/10 would recommend!
