Terrible bank! Too many times have I had issues and headaches with this bank and too many times has their support team led me down and failed to help me. I would not recommend Chase bank to anyone.

"The bank is poorly maintained, with dirt and broken stuff everywhere. Inside, it's not very clean. When you put money in, they make you wait a long time to access it. This might not be the best choice for customers. Some people also had trouble getting their money after depositing it. It's important to know experiences can be different, but these issues show the bank might need to improve. You should explore other banks to find the best fit for your needs."

I have been a long time client at chase. I have been to many other chase location but this location, quick and everyone helped.As soon as entered, all staff welcomes client. From opening a new account to deposit process, quick and easy. Mr. Eric helped me and listened to me what I needed when I open new account and Mr. Rocky helped all other things after. I had some time sensitive things to do with my account and both explained and helped me with patience. They all appreciated my business and also explained all detail about what I do next time. I decided not to go to other banks nearby

The bank I grew up with was more local, so I was a bit nervous opening up a national bank account for the first time. Rocky Xi helped me out and was super nice and understanding; he guided me through every step and ensured I knew about every benefit I had access to! Fully recommend this Chase and Rocky!

Rocky Xi assisted me in getting some credit card issues handled. Very nice guy. The only accounts I currently have with Chase are a few credit cards. Never thought I would ever have to step foot in a branch ever again but Rocky was quite nice. Although we were not able to resolve my challenge, she gave me alternative ways to make sure I got my situation taken care of.

This bank is reliable and convenient and they do what I need them to do and I appreciate how much they invested in having a really good mobile app and website. their atms are everywhere and being able to pull out in increments of 5 or 10 or 20 or 100 is a seriously helpful thing that they started doing at most of their atms.I rarely interact with the employees here but when I do they have been some of the most polite and kind business staff that I have come across.I mostly just use their app and their atms though.

I recently went to open an account with Chase Bank in Irvine. I was running a bit late but still made it about 20 minutes before closing. As i walked in i watched a young man from one of the offices that said accounts walk behind the teller counter. I mentioned to the teller i would like to open an account. He turned and looked at the young man who had just entered who stated he was leaving and i could go online to set up an account. It is now after 5pm. I can see everyone including that young man still in the bank. Have we gotten to the point that no one cares about customer service any more? I was very excited to bring my business back to Chase especially this branch as i used to business here a few years back. I will now out of principle drive across town to do business else where. Unless, someone from Chase contacts me and tells me they want my business. I will give them 48 hrs. Let's see what happen! Let's see if they care about one account?
