The ladies at this location are always really friendly and can come up with ideas for gifts. Being a clueless guy in the gift department this is a big plus. Thanks to Julie, Stacy and Lisette it's always a great time at Brighton!!

My wife and I came here on a Friday night as we strolled The Spectrum. We came to The Spectrum to look for a gift for my sister who was turning 53ish? Lol this week, and we stumbled across Brighton for the first time. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Danielle who did an excellent of explaining the brand, store, and products to us (we had never heard of Brighton). We browsed the store and I happily walked out with a beautiful necklace / set of earrings for my sister. The store has many unique products, and Danielle's service and hospitality was top notch. I'd come back again. And after seeing my wife's reaction to some of their inventory, I am confident I will be back. Likely by force.

I bought a mask here and when I went to open the package I saw that the mask was tiny, like for a small child. When I went back and showed them the mask they shrugged and said they wouldn't refund me because the package was opened and that I should just use the mask pouch and hand sanitizer it came with and be happy.

The store clerks here were very patient with us deciding over a gift. We were buying a locket and what's great here is that they print and place the photos for you. Look forward to coming back.

I stumbled across this store while shopping down Melrose with my boyfriend. He is a big sneaker head so whenever we are in town we end up cruising down Melrose to see if he can find any unique shoes.

Being in customer service most of my career (40yrs) my expectations are pretty high when I walk into a store I frequent starting with that's stores leader which in this case is my reason for this review I feel its only fair to in case the employee's haven't let her boss know or Corp know, I witnessed her treatment of them while assisting a customers to be inexcusable, I felt so bad bad for this one employee, first of all she should never speak to them in such demeaning way, and second Never in front of customers, any training she feels that employee needs should be done in private. I hope anyone there going through this speaks up to upper MGTMNT or Corp.

Irvine Spectrum store I came in today at 12:30pm after receiving a message from Julie, store manager over a week & a half ago regarding my ring sent for repair. The message said to that since the parts were no longer available to come in & they would replace it with another ring. Unfortunately, Stacy was the employee there today, she was dismissive, did not have a clue of being service oriented with incoming customers. The store was empty. She was dismissive & made me feel uncomfortable, to the degree that I felt questioned as a loyal customer. I explained the message Julie had left & she just went to the back room I guess to contact Julie. She never advised what she would do just left me hanging...she clearly lacks customer service to reassure clients that shop frequently. She did not take the time to see how often I shop, in other words, she was lazy & judge mental. I'm discouraged to ever shop at this store because she was just lacking treating a customer with respect. I decided to contact the Victoria Gardens store, my previous home store. I now live in South OC & would rather to continue to purchase from Victoria Gardens store, Cynthia store manager there is the best. Today as I called I spoke to Gaby who was far more pleasant & accommodating than the idiot Stacy they have at Irvine spectrum store. Tomorrow I will be reporting this store to consumer affairs for lack of customer service & now I have a ring that was not fixed nor replaced.

Bought 4 face masks online. The masks had lots of extra material on the part where you put around your ears, so I called and left messages for them to call me and explain how to use them or if they were made wrong. I left 3 messages with them. It's been a week, and they haven't called back. Finally, the last day I got a recording with a message. But waiting was too long, so I left a message. I told them that I would Yelp it if they didn't return my call. It's been a week and no response. They send me emails selling new merchandise. How can I buy from them when I don't get a message for problems?
