It’s on the small side, but they still pack a lot of books in this smaller store. This location is currently having a moving sale. They will be moving to The District.

Still my favorite bookstore. No matter where you go, BnH is just like home. It always has a huge variety of books and mags and CDs . It has a wonderful, warm children's section with fun places to sit and chill. For us, especially since Covid, there are no longer the sofas and chairs to check out books, which is sad. Otherwise Barnes and Noble goes out of its way to find us the books we want to read.

Just love this place! I am shocked at how these moms bring their children to read and they think it's their own child's story time that others are interrupted, then they toss books on the floor, great example for their children. Employees do a great job of cleaning up and keep this place in order.

Great selection in all categories. Pleasant place to browse. Love the clearance section. Found a coffee table book I was looking for discounted from $80 to $20

Restroom stinks. They cant get rid of those small flies which make me itchy for about teo years now. The guy (younger one) who always walk all around the store somewhere to somewhere NEVER smiles - at least 4 years

Worst experience in the store cafe. erik is the barista there. After waiting 25 minutes he handed 4 items out of 10 I asked for refund for other 6 which were not ready . He refunded $17 out of $34. Then I ask him to give me the 4 coffees which were paid and ready he started yelling that there is no coffee for us. I told him that I paid for 4 coffees I want my order. He said $17 is is refunded and that is all. If you need coffee you have to pay again.

Good books , and decent service , recommended for all people . Also there are no gunshots , so don’t worry about that .

It is sad to see how the café has gone down. I was away for a few years and it is just depressing comparing the 2019 version to today’s. Staff (if they are actually there) seem sad to be working there and don’t smile at all. I was going to get coffee today and perhaps make it my usual spot again but sadly I won’t.

This B&N and the one at Fashion Island are my go to's. Clean, orderly, and kind service. I feel so comfy here. Thank you!

I Love that Barnes is still around going strong! You can go in a buy books or cards and enjoy the experience of finding relatable books at your fingertips!

Always a great place to spend the afternoon. I only went in for one calendar and came out with so much more.

Great place to get lost looking at books. They have a coffee shop inside the store and a toy section.

So sad to see they had more crafts and bistro space than real books. Most shelves had filler boxes in place.
