Called for an appointment but banker wasn’t able to settle it so I tried on my own but because of my online banking was blocked couldn’t schedule it. Called few more times no one is answering.

I must say BIA staff provides a superb service while I was walking in to open a checking account and get a credit card. The staff Marielou was very friendly and super helpful & professional and not only explained everything clearly to me but write it down to make it easier for me to remember. It took only around 20 mins before everything was set up and I use mobile banking immediately. Awesome service and efficiency. Thank you again, Marielou. I will definitely recommend this bank to my friends!

I don't get why this bank has a low rating because every time I visit, Marielou was very helpful when I have a concern to my account she's very patient in answering my questions and providing me options.
She's so nice! all in all a great experince to this bank.

Bank of America? they are very important that this bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, and if you have a Bank of America account, It is imperative to highlight the concerning nature of my experiences with this particular bank, which regrettably stands as one of the most unfavorable banking institutions I have encountered. For those holding accounts with said bank, I strongly advise prompt closure in order to maintain a sense of self-respect and peace of mind.
One of the most disconcerting aspects of this institution is the pervasive attitude among its employees, who often adopt a demeanor of superiority when interacting with clients. This lack of courtesy and basic respect is profoundly concerning. Numerous reports and reviews corroborate the poor treatment meted out to customers who engage with this bank.
The bank's protocol of demanding appointments for any service request adds to the frustration experienced by clients. Furthermore, extended wait times coupled with inadequate responses only serve to exacerbate the dissatisfaction.
Thus, I implore you to take decisive action and sever ties with this institution without delay. By doing so, you will reclaim a sense of dignity and satisfaction that may have been eroded by the persistently subpar treatment endured at the hands of this bank. Worst customer service. I stopped by last Friday to get changed as I needed 5's, went inside asked the teller, she told me she didn't have any 5's I asked her if she could ask her neighbor for 5's her response was that her neighbor was leaving for lunch. Then I asked her if she could ask her manager, she told she was going to ask her manager that she was in the middle of something, she made me wait in the wait area while she helped other customers, 15 min later went back, her manager came out with a killer face, didn't even acknowledged me, the tell ended handing me the 5's with a serious face like If she was giving me the money out of her account, same as the manager. They literally gave me every excuse to give me change. I feel sorry for their poor work ethic. I feel like closing my account and bank else where.

It takes me a long time to change the change. Why do you ask for an account number? I suggest you go to Chase across the street. Bofa in Irvine basically provides rubbish services.

Worst bank and service ever. Will not help you without an appointment. And then make you wait over an hour even when you make an appointment. No customer service. Bank manager acts like teller. No motivation to help. Limited bank hours. Everything worst.

There was only one teller there, while several customers were lined up waiting for this lady. Meantime, I saw a manager (who had a name tag of Hilla, or Hilda) who looked like relaxing with a sub manager, then I asked her to help to take care of waiting customers including myself. She said, “I’m a manager and I am not to help as a regular teller.”I was surprised at her saying, so I asked her again with stronger words. She refused again. The manager looked so stubborn and incompetent on bank work. I decided to contact her superior and I did. Im not sure if she still works there or not. This kind of things are happening all over at BofA in Irvine area.Let’s not use BofA, instead go to the better and comfortable bank like Chase, which serves coffee in the morning.After I wrote the above, I noticed so many of one star rated reviews listed here. It's not a surprise, but that proves BofA doesn't care but ignore any of their bad reputation. Shame on you, BofA!
