Unpleasant Experience with Banker! I recently had an unfortunate encounter with one of the banker name Jing. The service provided was far from satisfactory, with Jing displaying a lack of professionalism and rudeness throughout the interaction. Despite my efforts to address concerns, the experience left me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of customer service at this location. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in staff training and overall service quality. She repeated her wrong answer several times with an aggressive.

Absolutely the worst bank branch I've had the misfortune of having to deal with. I became the executor of an estate for someone who had an account and safe deposit box at this branch and every time I have had to visit this branch there has always been an extensive wait, unpleasant representatives, and a general atmosphere of unhelpfulness. To make matters even more frustrating, no one *ever* answers the phone at this branch. I simply cannot wait until I finish all my business with this bank and never have to visit this terrible branch again. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Consistent at having one teller no matter what time of day. Expect to experience delays as there is always a long line. The teller is always pleasant however the customers waiting tend to become upset and anxious while waiting. Its too bad, this location is convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lama Malkosh at this location to deposit a check and open a new account, and I must express my gratitude for the outstanding service she provided.Lama greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor at the lobby. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my needs. What stood out to me the most was her patience in answering all my questions. Lama demonstrated a deep knowledge of the bank's products and services, and she explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner.What impressed me the most was Lama's dedication to ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. She guided me through the steps of opening a new account with efficiency and professionalism. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. This bank is at a great location. Sometimes it's busy, other times it's not. Sometimes there is only one teller. The people are nice at the bank. It's a nice and huge bank.

I opened an account for checking etc. during my lunch time and was approached professionally by Financial Center Manager Robert Macasil , and RM Business Owner Specialist , May Aly ; not only was I able to open an account and get back to work on time their customer service was exceptional, and professional. I appreciate how “ May” offered different choices if my first choice didn’t get approved, and was very informative that at the end of my visit I was able to leave without doubts. I highly recommend if you go to this Bank of America location to ask for May Aly.

Vice President Alejandro Rodriguez and George Gomez credit solutions officer are the worst representation of bofa I have ever seen! The other day I went into bofa and found a wallet on the couch. I immediately turned it in and then manually deposited my check so it would go into my account faster! After a hold was placed on the check I contacted and was lied by the bank that a credit would be issued to my M Lynch account and move forward… it now has been over 10 days and my money is still being held by the bank…. I tried to speak to these to reps and when I mentioned I spoke to corporate in North Carolina I was asked to leave and no credit or help would be addressed to my account! I find that this bank has horrible reviews! I’m not surprised!

I deposited a B of A check at this branch with a promise the funds would be available the next day, after verifying the check's funds are available. The next day I recieved an email the funds are on hold for 8 days without clear explanation. No one was able to help over the phone or at the branch after explaining I already payments against those funds :( Unfortunately this will cause me much inconvenience but at least I learned my lesson never ever trust my money with B of A.

Only one Cashier is actively working. Unbelievable long lines just for a minor transaction that had to be done by a cashier. One of the worst locations I've ever been too. Employees are nice but they are incredibly short staffed, I'm moving all of my banking to chase! Way better customer service

It seemed odd that the BofA branches in Irvine would have a low average rating, but the reviews are true. Management does not staff enough resources. Too many tasks like wire transfers do not have automated processes in place and require agent service and there are simply not enough agents.With Bank of America it seems the simplest task requires you to endure a lot of wasted time, make several trips, just to get one simple thing done.

They need more tellers specially on peak days like mondays and fridays. Looks like there's more employee sitting inside the cubicles and stare at long line. SMH

This banking center has worst customer service as there are only one or maybe two tellers. Technically there is only one of the tellers that is actually working. And it’s a disaster if you want to get access to your safe box, waiting and waiting in line, then all of a sudden 2 people that just came in and we’re lucky that someone sees them right at the entrance door they get to their box before you….insane!!
