This business sold me a discontinued rock product, failed to appropriately make me aware that the product I ordered had changed, and refused a reasonable resolution to make things right with my order. In addition, the manager at this location (Arian) handled this whole discrepancy in a completely unprofessional manner showing complete disrespect (shouting and hanging up the phone on me) when we were speaking which displayed disrespect for me as a customer, and for the integrity of their business in the city of Inglewood. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.On Friday, August 18 I went to the location and requested a duplicate order of yard rock. The gentleman at the front desk confirmed my previous purchase via my old PO and confirmed he was creating a new order based on that. At no time did the attendant flag that there had been a change with the originally purchased product, and that there rock supplier was now making the product about 2 sizes larger than my previous order.The next day when my order was dropped off, I was provided with yard rock that does not match my existing front yard rocks and are unusable for that reason. I made several attempts in the days following this discovery to contact the merchant to resolve this -- leaving messages for the manager and detailing what had happened. On Thursday, August 24, I made a final call and spoke to the original front desk attendant who sold me the rock. I explained the situation to him and raised my concerns about the lack of transparency I perceived on their end as far as the changed product and my frustrations with not receiving a return phone call. At that time, he acknowledged my disappointment and suggested that one solution could be to swap out the product for one closer to what was in my yard. I thanked him for his time and providing potential solutions and confirmed with him that I was open to discussing his ideas with the manager.When the manager finally contacted me back, he completely flipped the script. Gaslighting me and suggesting that there was no room for accountability on the part of Patagonia Building Supplies for the discrepancy with my order despite their failure to inform -- he did mention that they recently started adding an update on receipts to reflect the potential for a change in rock size. This is something I would not have known to look for given the person I placed my order had confirmed at the time of purchase that I was buying the same product I bought previously based on their records. The name of the project had not changed. The manager also blamed the fact that I was not home at the time of delivery. When I purchased the rock initially, I requested and paid for at-home delivery and informed the attendant that I would not be home at the time of delivery. This company allows deliveries without signatures and I re-confirmed with the attendant this was okay. Me not being home when they dropped the product, does not negate that an inaccurate product was dropped.While I have filed a claim with my bank to dispute the charge, I am leaving this review so that other potential shoppers might beware of how this company does business.

IF you want to rid yourself of a lawn here's where you go to find a good selection of substrate to fill in the large gaps along with any kind of stepping stone you can envision.So many front yards have parkways that do not match the existing stone or rock, I did not want a patchwork of substrate going on with my Forever Home. Check out Patagonia for your needs!

My experience was the opposite of some of those other reviews. I walked up the ramp when I got there, went through to the back and realized I was in the wrong spot. Dude was eating lunch and he kindly guided me to the front office. I needed a very small order of pavers (it was called a line), and they were gracious enough to get that for me. Usually big companies deal with the contractors and want big orders. Handed the guy outside my order and without any issues, he loaded up my car with my order. Realized I ordered to little and had to go back a second time...same experience. So, I've had 2 experiences and both were great = 5 stars from me.
