The service is fair at best. I took a green pair of Cole Haan heels and a pair of Manolo Blanik heels to be fixed. The tips needed to be redone on the heels. On the Manolos the black leather had bunched and needed to be cut and relayed. I invest in my shoes and have had experienced shoe repair artists who know how to handle this especially on very pricey shoes. The Cole Haans were just ok and the tip was a bit too big, but I took them as it was not noticeable, but still not a great job. The black ones tho!!!! …When I got them back the first time I was immediately aware they had been botched. First the replacement tip was too big and left a shelf around the heel. And the girl tried to convince me that no one would see the flaw all the way down on the floor by my feet. That was her excuse. And the leather had not been fixed. I returned them time to fix it and the leather was still bunched and the same girl there tries to convince me it cannot be fixed. They were non chalet and unapologetic about it too. I will never go here again. Those are $1000 shoes they treated like Payless and they did not clean polish or present the shoes back upgraded like a full service shoe repair place does. Yall go to Chambers in LA or Find spot in the valley or westside if you have expensive shoes. Now I gotta take them to get repaired at a better place who knows what they are doing.

I had two black coats cleaned with them and they charged me $20 for each coat. When I got home and removed the the plastic, it looked as though my coats had not been cleaned at all. They were not pressed and what was most disappointing, there was lint on BOTH coats. I took the coats there to be cleaned, but, they looked like they had not been touched at all. All they did was put them on hangers, covered them with plastic, and charge me $40.00.

I will never bring my clothes anywhere else. SOO reasonably priced, and Im never dissatisfied by the outcome. They offer a wide variety of services. So convenient! The owner, Sam, is so sweet. It's clear that his customers are important to him. Lovely staff and their name speaks for themselves. Never feel like bringing my clothes in is a chore with the friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

Quality most definitely NOT! They did a terrible job fixing my shoes, I could of used gorilla glue, or a glue gun! What a waste of money!!!

I have been coming to this place for a little over a year now. Everything was good, until my husband brought in a hat to be cleaned. The hat was brand new, only small crumbs on it from a baby. We received the hat back in terrible condition, it completely lost its shape. I brought the hat back and was explaining to the associate my concern. She didn't try to accommodate me at all. She said "Its only $4 if you want to come back when the owner is here, he might give that back to you." She also said they just throw the hats in the washer with all the clothes. I wasn't concerned for the $4, more about the level of customer service. They ruined a $30 hat, and couldn't care less. She didn't try to solve the issues, she talked to me with an annoyed tone and said there was nothing she could do and their hats always come out in bad condition. She added "well it's clean though, right?"

I BROUGHT MY YEEZYS AND MY JORDAN 1s IN AN UNRECOGNIZABLE CONDITION!! after MANY parties and festivals and fights ( LOL) they looked terrible!!!! before i just threw them away, i brought them here and in one week , I LITERALLY HAVE BRAND NEW SHOES!!! i dont know how these people do it because my shoes looked really bad .. the blessed hands of the people working here has saved me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! i left there crying happy tears i couldnt believe it!! QUALITY CLEANERS YOU HAVE MY SERVICE FOREVER THANK YOU SO MUCH! wiping tears off my face

Dry cleaning, laundry, wedding dress care, shoes et cetera. The best!! honest, efficient and good value!
