A associate by the name marcos is very rude he had the audacity to say to me there is no free phones that the prices stated are wrong. I was switching from another company. You can tell he did not want to help I went to another store and they gave me a good deal I was told there was free phone when switching from another company. Don't go to this store. Marcos is very rude.

The staff is very friendly. Especially the Manager Gloria, she is super awesome. I went to buy two phones for my kids and she was very helpful, patient and courteous. Will definitely go back
