“I wouldn’t normally review a big chain like Home Depot, and I normally wouldn’t expect great service, but I was impressed with my experience with this location. I ordered a grill and didn’t see there was a dent on the back until the evening. I called the store and Melanie was able to help me out right away. She sent me photos of a new grill, and once I approved it, she had the delivery guys arrive in a little over an hour with a replacement!
They swapped out my grill without hassle and were super friendly and helpful. I was definitely not expecting to get it that quickly considering I was calling late in the day. Thanks for the great service!”

“I recently purchased a patio set from Habitat for Humanity which I saw posted on their FB page. I immediately ran over, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did they help me find a great deal on the set, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in loading it into my car. They had some cute furniture pieces. Their customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Habitat for Humanity for their excellent service and quality products.”

From walking in, I see familiar faces like LUIS and MARCUS. These two especially know how to treat their customers, as I'm sure all the customer care team does, but those two stand out to me because they've helped me a lot with my needs.
I am thankful for a hardware store like this in my area that is very helpful and has everything I need. I would recommend this store over any hardware store in this area!”

“Came with my measurements, but was wrong Andy’s employees were very helpful and when I came back with correct metric measurements I got the right screws and since I made an earlier purchase. They exchanged for me. At no cost, love the service and family who runs it is doing great business. Why run to Home Depot when Andy’s Hardware is around the corner. “I came to contractors warehouse to find a specific, plumbing part They have the piece I was looking for. I stopped at four plumbing stores, Home, Depot, lowes, and Another hardware store looking for this piece. contractors Warehouse is the only place that had what I was looking for a test, plug, safety, seal, a pneumatic hydraulic plug for a drain so that a shower could be Hot Mop. Jesse help me out. It was a great pleasure coming to contractors warehouse. I recommend coming here for all of your construction needs.”

If you are buying building supplies, go with someone who knows what they are doing. I wouldn't expect anyone to hold your hand, or give advice. “I had mixed feelings about Synder Diamond, as I have had good and not so good experiences over the years. Last year they supplied me with Graff products for a new bathroom remodel. 18 months later, the faucets coating started to peel away, I took it up with my salesperson, Loren, who told me over the phone there wasn't much he could do since it was over a year ago and that this happens a lot with black fixtures?!? I was also having issues with temperature regulation, so I decided to go in and talk with the service department, I was greeted by Kyle Gonzales, he asked me lots of questions, all the time apologizing for any inconvenience and that he would take care of this for me. He did exactly what he said he would do and a new faucet arrived on my doorstep a week later. So refreshing to have someone stand by their product, put the customer first and follow through.”

But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.
Sorry Home Depot, I won't be returning ... I'm a Lowe's guy now.”

“So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”

“Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Marina Del Rey Home Depot straight attitude Signal Hill Home Depot worst attitude don't let me even get on the Lakewood Home Depot. All those three need to take some advice from you all.”

Being in management I like to name drop those who show outstanding customer service as many great workers go unnoticed.”

The staff, no matter the department, are friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Selection is really good for what feels like a smaller location. From management to the department staff, everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to jump in and help out.”
