I'm currently fighting Furniture City for a night stand in the amount of $499. I purchased a full bedroom set September 2023 and they delivered everything but one night stand so I have an incomplete set. As of today 3/1/2024 I've received no response nor credit/explanation other than "it's in another store and it costs too much to deliver " Wish me luck

Always a good experience. The owner tries extremely hard to offer great customer service and it works. Bought a mattress and frame, and it was promptly delivered as promised. Will definitely return.

We bought a house in 2014 and got our sectional, dinette set and bedroom set from Tien. 9 years later, we're going back to choose a custom sectional this time. The furniture has held up nicely. The only reason we need a new sectional is because we chose one with pleather and microfiber because it looked so nice. The microfiber fabric is fine and looks new even though we have 4 dogs. The problem is the pleather is peeling when they scratch it now. I wish we could just reupholster it, but hubby said let's get a newer design. Tien remembers us from the original purchase and he still treats us like old friends. There's tons of books to look through and Tien's very good with offering advice. Unlike the 1-4 fabric/choices of couches at Ashley/Living Spaces/Bob's, there's at least 50 colors and 20+ different fabrics you can customize your couch with.

The owner was friendly and helpful. Showroom is full of very beautiful pieces of furniture. I didn't find what I was looking for, however.

This is a shity place don't buy your furniture from them they take your money promising you to deliver within a week and three month later they deliver after calling so many times they won't respond your phone calls unless you say I would like to purchase something . Also they lie a lot about delivering we had to call off from work to wait for delivery and never happens on time .after waiting almost four month they Finally deliveees the chairs and the couch with a big hole in the back of the chair I was so disappointed at this point so I accept it with this bad condition for not dealing with their stupid customer service , last but not least I have to mention punch of rude people who works there not just walking away when u ask them questions but also very rude talking to customers the branch was mission vijeo

BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT FURNITURE CITY - ALL LOCATIONS! They'll take your money, promise a delivery date, then never deliver on time -or at all. They'll make excuses and refuse to refund your money or charge you 25% fee for a refund. A class-action lawsuit will be on its way shortly, so if you wrote a negative review, someone will contact you. Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of California already notified.

Too high ... over priced items ... it almost feels as if you are being ripped off... you can definitely get kind people in the store ...it’s just those PRICES... you could do way better and save money if you take the time to do your homework. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I regret the day i buy at this store .. They dont sell real wood and the prices are high ...worst furniture store ever ..and rude staff
