Just picked up my car today (March 07, 2024) from Exotic Autobody! Someone backed into my parked car and damaged the entire rear drivers side door. My vehicle is a Alfa Romeo Guilia - Exotic Auto Body did a really great job and quality workmanship, almost like nothing even happened. It took a bit to get the job done but some things were out of their control (i.e. weather, parts delivery, etc.). I would recommend anyone to check this shop out! I hope I don't have to go through this process ever again but I know where to go if I have to.

All these reviews are accurate about how Exotic Auto Body really is. I will only ever knock on wood; if I ever get into an accident, take my vehicle to Exotic Auto Body. Wendy does the very best at the front desk, provides the best customer service, and knows exactly who she's speaking with and how to handle all questions. Gary, I cannot thank you enough for your care and what you do beyond just having our vehicles fixed. He always explains everything thoroughly, reassures that everything will be taken care of, and his actions prove it too. My 2018 Honda Civic was ready quicker than expected and looks like a brand new car! All their actions prove that Exotic Body Shop has the best customer service, quality, trust and care. Thanks Exotic Body Shop!

If you’re looking for a body shop that will not only fix any and all issues you might have with your car but will also do so with the upmost professionalism and customer service Exotic body shop is the body shop for you. I usually dread going to a body shop but this one makes the experience as enjoyable as going to a body shop can be. They’re honest and upfront and don’t mess around. Definitely will be going back in the future!

They give you the run around and for some reason they shredded the repair check twice without letting me know. The receptionist is lazy and the owner isn't very helpful customer service skills no good I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here repairs, not black people friendly.

I was in a car accident and they fixed my car like it was before the accident. Can't even tell it was in an accident they do great work. Highly recommend them. God forbid any gets in an accident but they're the best. They're responsive and answer all questions. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10. Gary and Wendy are the best!

Sloppy work. They held my car extra days to redo a paint job they said “didn’t come out right” and then called me to tell me it was done but when I went to pick the car up it had scuffs and scratches that were supposed to be buffed and new white paint splotches (I have a black car). It will take another weekend to “fix it” and I’ll have to trek out there again, for what’s hopefully the last time.Service: Painting

The body shop owner Gary was very professional and informative. I do however wish they would have kept me a little more updated on the status of my car while it was getting repaired, but on the repairs themselves all I can say is that they look great. They finished my car before my rental agreement was up which was very helpful.Services: Painting

These guys did a phenomenal job, I can’t recommend them enough. Gary handled all communication with the insurance company, gave accurate and honest timeline, and was a very pleasant guy to work with. They even washed my car. It looks brand new. 10/10

I came to them with work paid by the insurance company and they refused to work on the car. They lied and claimed they could not work on the car because it "looks" like it was repaired previously. This 2012 Mustang has been in the family since 2011 and has never seen the inside of a body shop. Horrible business.Reply: 1.) The insurance estimate was sent to another shop. No other shop refused to work on the car. More lies by you.2.) The insurance Estimate includes replacement of bumper because it is not repairable due to the accident. Why do you care abought sun damage if you wont be using that bumper cover?3.) Unless you are able to find a cover that does not need paint, you'd have to paint the cover anyways!Did you plan to bondo that torn plastic bumper cover together and claim to have replaced it to make a bigger profit?
